Wow... Bill, what a fantastic way to give someone the opportunity, to share a hot sauce maker that you have given such praise to over the years, as a person who watches your channel. This also gives me the opportunity.. To learn from your experiences... And what a top quality hot sauce is all about. Now,.. as far as a suggestion goes for potential reviews, I have a tough category to suggest... There's not many of this style, which I will call Creamy Sauces... This is a category that I personally enjoy, and more importantly in general the sauces are not particularly hot, So I can share them with my friends and give them the experience of what gourmet hot sauces taste like, and change their perceptions about what hot sauces are all about.

I've purchased many sauces you've recommended over the years with some of my favorites being Hot As U Want Black Garlic Datil Pepper and Gindo's collabs with Garlic Breath Farms. I look forward to your videos and, if I might offer a suggestion, Zab's Datil Pepper sauces, especially their St. Augustine Style would surely be right up your alley.

I'm glad you are ok ♥♥♥ You helped me a lot to decide which nuclear peppers to grow, I have almost no space for growing, so I need to pick the very right ones for me!!! Since I love the taste and aroma of the chocolate ones and I was looking for the tastiest nuclear pepper, I decided for the Chocolate Brain Strain, Chocolate 7 Pot Lava and I will give a try for a peach one, the Bhut Peach (unless you recommend me another favourite of yours that I still didn't see here)!!!
