Contractors is basically every FPS game you played as a kid, but in VR, thanks to it's amazing modding community. COD Zombies from WAW is a 1:1 remake with everything functional!
How do you access the mods
@@jvincent14you just play multiplayer on contractors and they have modded lobbies. You also can create a lobby and download the mods yourself.
A game that I almost never see mentioned on these lists is The last Clockwinder. To me it's one of the most innovative and best games in VR.

Despite Gorilla Tag having a young playerbase and people being toxic, I've met more people through this game than any other.
Quality over quantity bro
For the people like me, who are brand new to some of those games and don’t know them off the top of their heads, here is a labeled list of every game he mentioned, and its ranking:
S- Contractors, Breachers, Echo VR (unplayable on just quest rn), Stride (Stride fates is by the same ppl, and wasn’t ranked but sponsored), Vale VR⭐️ (highly recommended by Hip)- open on app lab, 11 Table Tennis, Gorilla Tag
A- Superhot, Pavlov, Swarm, Dash Draft, Iron Man, Resident Evil 4, Beat Saber, Population: One, Bone Lab, TWD: Saints and Sinners
B- Blades and Sorcery, Racket NX, Vader immortal 1-3, SW: tales from the galaxies edge, Rec Room, VR Chat, Space Pirate Trainer
F- Horizon Worlds
I’ve been playing on the echo relay mod for a little while. I’m so happy Xenomega and the other contributors were able to bring back Echo VR with community run servers. It makes me so happy to play Echo Combat again. I finally have my Vega X-3 skin back!!
(BTW Gorilla Tag is a B at best. Most of the community is pretty bad, but the game itself is quite enjoyable from time to time.)
Battle Talent has that similar Gorilla Tag skill ceiling level.
If anyone looking for melee dungeon that's not Blade and sorcery then Battle Talent is the way to go.
Also for being a new list, game here are very old.
Notable mention: Dungeon of eternity, Ghost of Tabor, Hellsweeper
VailVR represent here, sure the game looks great and maybe some say it's stale, but the amount of things the dev have been putting work towards is crazy, a fully functional UI completely revamp the whole aspect of the game, it's just beautiful, you should definitely give it a try (and the game is less than 30$, 19,99 is crazy) COME JOIN US!!!!

@@clarananyange3824on Quest store, just search Vail, don’t add VR at the end because you have to search the specific name.
I like VR Chat but i think it's more of a C tier game because the people that you play with can change the way your experience goes and knowing everbody that you play with is random it can be hit or miss but i still think B tier is reasonable.
You should buy a VR treadmill because I think alot of people would like to see that. And also IT'S JUST SUPER FRICKIN COOL

I love playing stride, but I just can't play it anymore because of the horrible stick drift that my controllers got due to their abuse from playing echo vr. I would love to play it more, but it is almost downright impossible to do with stick drift.
There’s a tutorial on CZcams that shows you how to temporarily get rid of it. You do need to open your quest controller though
hey GetHip I'm getting a valve index for Christmas I already watched your tips video on how not to break a valve index but the main thing I'm gonna be playing is gorilla tag and I sometimes play for like 2 hours and i have a 1650 what would you think cause since last Christmas i asked if i could get a valve index she said no. also one thing to ask before i get it you know the process of setting up the Valve Index theres one thing, i need that jack port with the 2 usb cable i have the 2 USB cables but not that little jack port if i get it ima have to figure it out.

Wish I had known this was going to be a paid ad for Stride and Veil before I clicked it. I've played Stride. It sucks. You wouldn't talk it up that much without being paid to do so. Didn't you recently give other VR channels for doing the same thing with Meta and the Quest 3 launch?
He means stride fates lol. Not the first Stride game. I was actually in their closed beta, however I did sign an NDA, so no disclosing what’s in it. All I can say is that I didn’t really like it. I wouldn’t get your hopes up.

I know that every other person in this comment section is typing a small essay about why their favorite VR game is objectively the best. And I’m no different!! Zenith. It is truly beautiful. I’ve never cared for shooter games as much, which is sad as that’s 50% of the VR game market. As a man adamantly awaiting a true triple A VR MMORPG, Zenith is truly fantastic. It has a massive open world, a decent story, and lots of really nice people who usually are older than the age of 18. While the graphics are severely lacking on Quest, it has everything I’ve ever dreamed of for a VR MMORPG. It has dungeons, guilds, raids, weapon forging that improves your gear the better you are, house building, massive areas to explore, good classes, fun ability combinations, an excellent cooking system, constant new areas and enemy types being added, a decent soundtrack, different weapon types, and so much more. Whenever I play it, it just objectively feels… right. No matter how long it’s been since I last put on the VR headset, booting up this game makes me immediately fall in love with VR gaming just as much as the first time I ever heard of the concept of VR gaming. While you need a bit of a niche preference for games, it is truly a fantastic choice that I just wanted to remind everyone in the community of the existence of. I know that a lot of people got it on release, were disappointed, and uninstalled. I beg you to try to try it again, as the small dev team has been working adamantly to improve the game to be a true MMORPG since its release. However, I do understand that it is not a game for everyone, and if you don’t like that genre of games, it might be hard to enjoy it to its fullest. If you do play though, try to talk to some people out in the field, join a guild, do raids and large scale PvP battles. I didn’t do that until nearly a year after the game’s release, and I’ve learned since how fantastic many of the people in this community are. Enjoy the MMO part of MMORPG to its fullest.
