My son and I just starting to build him a '07 GX470, really enjoy your video's, places you take us. Wife is from Foothills and we will be in Calgary area from June 23-27. Wondering if you are interested in a Day Trip in the area. So far we have done OME 3" lift with 33's BFG's.

If you get one of the more expensive DJI drones they have a follow mode which would be amazing to use while driving. Here in Canada that size of drone requires a license so I don't have it yet and just have the DJI Mini 2
@@LoganKingMedia Apps like Litchi, used in place of DJI Go, can make older DJI drones much more usable in situations like this. You can set up a mission with way points and POIs to focus on and then just drive, the drone will meet you at the end (this is a very simplified explanation as I'm just learning the software).

I am! The FJ came with the 8.2 and the 4runner recently blew his 8.0 and upgraded to a 8.2 haha

What kind of mpg do you get with the GX? A buddy of mine is building one out similar to yours and we have been wondering how much the mpg will drop with the big tires!
Couple mpg
I put a 3 inch lift, front bumper and 33" MT tires on mine and I'm lucky to get 13 mpg. I recommend finding a lightweight wheel and tire combo
I have a lightweight wheel and tire combo and I average about 14 mpg highway and 11-12mpg in the city.

you should have million of views, almost all off roading videos I watch are. maybe considering renaming the channel, like, Lexus Off-Road idk but not sure why it is still low views, maybe buy a Skydio 2 and attached that to the title offroading
I don't normally watch overlanding videos because frankly most of them are footage thrown together with no editing. Boring AF low effort bs. This one however is awesome though, keep up the good work. Wish I had one of these rigs
