    When you reinstall your flashed ECU, be prepared for the dash to go haywire - check engine light on, KTRC flashing, no KQS, etc. Everything will be normal after two or three 15 minute or longer rides. You will love the newfound power! Be sure the bike is pointed in the right direction when you hit 11K rpms. 😎

    You don't have to remove the tank. You can just tilt it back and leave the fuel line and sensor attached.

    If you seen Moore mafia CZcams on the ecu flash for the 4RR you would see that below the passenger seat there’s a small red little box that I forgot the name of it that you have to clear the codes for when u get your ecu back

    Haha! I want to hear the convo you had with the dealer: "You stripped the allen bolt? What were you trying to do?" "I wasn't doing anything......just chillin' in my garage.....not trying to remove the ECU, if THAT's what you're thinking!" :-)

    Yeah, that is pretty crappy. Kawasaki should offer a "track tune" update without having to remove the ECU. Not every state/county has such strict noise and emission regulations. They should also offer a compression and rebound adjuster kit for the fork.

      You can get it the way Kawasaki designed it but you’d have to live in a foreign country. It’s not Kawasaki, it’s regulations you should be criticizing. Kawi could have gone twin engine route or nothing at all.

    It happens with me too I’m also taking out my zx10r Ecu that last step that bolt man it was really hard to get it out it was totally stripped out .,, finally got removed now and got new bolts 😀
