Get a pro tune. The cobb off the shelf tune is for catted DP. Best bet is a pro tune and a electronic boost controller. That way you won't overboost and risk blowing up
damn I remember when I changed my downpipe I pb blasted and torch it a few days before I did it and also what helped was using brake fluid just spray it on and they came off so easy

Look up a local tuner or call a subaru specific shop (in Atlanta we have "All Pro Suabru" which is the all around Suabru race car shop lol) and they recommended me to a very good awd dyno tune shop! Just ask your local subie peeps good luck
