Hi ... You should try to visit the Royal Enfield factory. And do try to visit during the Rider Mania in November.
Same as the last time you made this offer, when you go to sign up it’s only the standard 1 month free.
Freddie.. great work .. I,m off in 2 months on the back of this ... Can't wait...
Link redirects to other Link, offer is just 1 month.
Small correction Freddie - the mouth freshner bit…it isn’t Cumin but Fennel Seeds!
Whoever edits your videos needs a raise because the background music along with the visuals of the last two videos have been perfect.
I got a speeding ticket on that bridge on a Honda Hero, grand sum of a fiver, the cops even let me sit in cop car and watch a replay of me speeding, nice vid brings back memories🏍🏍🏍
Ahh that must be the Siolim Bridge to reach Morjim... Notorious for cops stationed there in the afternoon to catch overspeeders
Hello. I am a motorcyclist from Poland. I just reached Palolem yesterday. I was riding a Classic 350 from Mumbai via Costal Route. The 4 days of driving were amazing.
I'm hanging around the area till March 26, then I'm going back to Mumbai.
I'd love to give you a high five 😁
Good to know you're having a good experience here.
Glad that you are enjoying India. Actually, I am an Indian student here in Warsaw.
That front tyre is so smooth you have to cover it up a night in case the mosquitoes puncture it.😂😂😂
😂😂
We used to say 'becareful chick will peck it'. But mosquito sounds way more epic 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Despite being an Non-Goan Indian myself, I am sad to say most Indians really don't get Goa, which is evident from all the representations that I see in movies and vlogs. We tend to treat it like a party place with all night disco or an weekend cheap alcoholic gateway or at the best, a beach resort. Goa is a beautiful blend of awesome natural beauties starting from beaches to jungles, to mountains, to marine wetlands, lakes and rivers, to beautiful and simplistic village life in the interior, to old rustic charm of colonial era to the current generation of fun-loving local people and their culture with a slight bohemian touch. Goa has a vibe that is both energetic and leisurely, simultaneously. You managed to capture a good chunk of it. Your Goa series is the best representation of Goa I have seen in video format.
The Indian Music 🎶 is totally mind blowing. This is why the Beatles and so many other musicians travel to Indian.
This is a wonderful trip, well done Freddie and Monika.
1979, I was 18, my first visit to Goa when Johncy Restaurant, Benaulim was just a shack.
If you want to see what Goa was like back then head South for 150 miles. Take some beer with you.
When you have passed the introduction to India, that is Goa, real adventure can still be found in the North East,
Nagaland and Darjeeling being my fav.
Did u go to manipur??
@@slitch6108 Yes, you can pick a bike up in Badogra and ride all through the Assam tea plantations. Majuli to Kohima is awesome, then down to the Garro Hills. The ride up to Darjeeling is five stars..
1979, Good heavens, you weren't walking along Calangute beach wearing thongs and smoking a joint were you...l visited Goa in the early 90's. Still a few aging hippies from the 60's still there.....Wonderfull country.
We used to get a 100 year visa!@@brianperry
Damn cannot imagine Johncy as a shack 😮, Benaulim is most probably my favourite place in goa.
Bruv I'm soooooo jealous: sun, Enfield, good roads, tropics, beach, nice cafes, delicious food, culture, nice people.
It's shyte here in the UK right now!
Btw where are all the slums and poor people? Thought India was 3rd world, it seems better than here.
the slums are in the cities
It’s incredible!🇮🇳👌🏻👌🏻 Out of the cities, the slums disappear. The roads are glorious, food quality incredible and a brand new Royal Enfield Bulletin is £2,400 here!
🙏🙏💓🤗@@FreddieDobbs
@@FreddieDobbsSadly you can’t ride one home though as l understand it?
Now India is developing really fast in 2 or 3 decades it will completely change.
India seems to me like a virtual feast for all the senses.
There's something very special about visiting a country where you truly feel as though you are in a different part of the world. India is definitely one of those countries.
The last song is Sonokota! What an amazing selection of music👌
Thank you for naming that beautiful song 🎵 ❤️
The "mouth freshener" is usually fennel (saunf, in Hindi) seeds. The coloured bits are candy-coated fennel seeds.
How to make it in home?
I could start a business here in Kerala
At 5:55 The population was actually forced to leave due to INQUISITION. The portugese burnt down and looted many Hindu Temples and started forcing locals to convert to christianity. Hence people left in large numbers to other parts where the portugese did not have any influence. INQUISITION was the darkest and most brutal chapter of Goa's history!
Thanks for the information, I will check it out 👍
@@freeman10000 Read 2, theft of india and inquisition of goa.
That's is why all Indians flock to Goa because of its Portuguese Culture...
@@scout4430wonder By your logic, Lisbon would have been the number one tourist destination in the world...but its not. People come to Goa because of beaches, nice lush greenery, good flight connectivity and cheap booze. None of it is related to portugese! Infact most Indians dont even know how francis xavier and portugese did Inquisition in Goa.
@@scout4430wonderWhat a dumb logic? Tells me what kind if person you are!
There is very less if portuguese culture left if any its only limited to food now!
The music elevated this video to a different level. I am an Indian living abroad. Your videos bring back memories. Thanks for the great video.
I hope india treats you well Freddie, the image of my country should not be snake charmers and scammers, it should be what we truly are ❤
I couldn’t be happier to be here!❤️🇮🇳
hag diya na
I really want to know, what do you think are we?
I don’t think anyone thinks that anymore, surely? When I think of India I think of colour, great food, IT and passion. Bollywood. And some of the best sub 500cc motorbikes being made.
India is a continent population wise. So your chance of crashing in into few idiots is much more.
These two never fail to impress with their content. I am from India and i m in love with every single vid of yours!
Thank you for bringing Goa for us. My born country. May God bless you both.
India looks very nice, old houses, lots of flowers, old bikes and cars, the roads look good and the views are amazing.
Gorgeous authentic music selection, meditative and apposite. Such vibrant colours, luscious and uplifting. I expected dense claustrophobic population and smog, but it's actually quite sleepy and orderly. Must visit this place! Really enjoy your videos, , they always have this warm laid back feel. Great camera work Monica 👍☕🫖🙏😎
If you want to avoid the crowd and the "smog" then simply avoid the major metro cities... Outside cities things are chilled out, lazy and empty. Goa, Kerala, Ladakh, North-east states... They're all similar in terms of being chilled out.
I can't agree with you more.
just avoid the major over crowded metro cities most foreigners visit to explore the chaos, rest of india is pretty laid back especially the southern and western parts of the country
Dense claustrophobic population??? Come to England for that - we're the most over-populated country on earth!!!
Watching your videos is something…wonderful. The story telling, the cinematic along with the soundtrack are always spot on. Thank you Freddie & Monika for taking us along your journey ❤❤❤
Oh my😂 Freddie is a quick learner @2:46 that's how you filter through Indian traffic.
Goa is just achingly beautiful in your videos. Wonderfully shot.
Man, the choice of music in your videos is always spot on, whether it's Indian instrumental or other genres. Enjoying watching your adventures in India. Cheers!
What’s incredible is how they just ‘built’ them buildings so long ago. Like it’s no big deal!! Incredible
Great vlog of Goa Freddie, I was there twenty one years ago and I went with a plan.
My plan was to take a current edition of MCN with me and then sit on a Royal Enfield with the beach and palm trees in the background while reading the MCN. It was a great photo and I sent it to MCN to let them use it as they did then but after weeks of buying the MCN it never appeared in the paper and to rub salt in my wounds they published a poor quality photo of two not even pretty girls sat on a beach that looked so similar to Blackpool Beach, no connection to motorcycles at all.
Needles to say I've never bought an edition of MCN since.
Loving the cricket scene at the end. Proper wholesome stuff 😊
Oddly enough, I thought the same about Old Goa. Panaji was much more my style. Will go back one day.
Indias neighbors are Pakistan, Afghanistan,China,Bangladesh, Burma. Please take the time to appreciate how we preserved religious freedom in this tough neighborhood. Its important for us to preserve our democracy and multiculturalism. ❤
They were not a threat ever bro.
The thing we should appreciate about ourselves is that how we preserved our religious freedom after centuries of mughal and British rule. Becoz neighbours couldn't do shit.. But if there is a foreign power ruling directly on you, they could do alot. We didn't let it happen except for some converts 😅😅😅
My man Goa is famous for its beaches and not structures
Bro that cricket match took me back to my school days....me and my friends all used to gather on our bicycles on some open area/fields and we used to play cricket like for 6 hours on the weekends...
Thanks for the the trip down memory lane.Much remains the same since I was last there in the very early 2000's yet also much had changed - seems much more "modern" - hipster coffee shops were not a thing back then (cold barely even get a coffee) no westerny type restaurants etc everything was pretty basic, still much poverty.....spent quite a long time in Palolem living in a beach hut smoking increasingly stronger weed......those were the days...lol
The best use of iPhone's video capabilities 🔥
Very, very nice surroundings. The statue of the Mahatma in Old Goa, great. Indians are quite beautiful, being in India one must own a Royal Enfield.
Indians don’t really hold a high regard for Mahatma Gandhi specially not with girls if you know what experiments he did with ladies 😖
That was a beautiful episode. The music complemented the camera work so well. Nice one Freddie & Monica!
fantastic, I get a Geography lesson, a history lesson, and a tourist film all in one
The goan adventure is so amazing so far ❤
Ps: in the outfit you look like a proper indian job well done ❤
I have received three separate comments from locals, telling me I dress like an Indian. I had no idea!😆
@@FreddieDobbsYou're an honorary Indian now, ha!🥰
@@FreddieDobbs Then it's time for Indian Passport! 😉
Hey Freddie happy to see that you are enjoying the beautiful state of Goa. Great video as always. A heads-up, on the 25th(Monday) it's the festival of Holi. If you are going out on this day then expect that people will be playing with colours(and sometimes water) especially in the first half of the day.
Wow...very well done. I like this series on Goa. Interesting to know how the world sees Goa from the outside. Your perspective highlights many things that are usually taken for granted by especially those who have been living here for years..like me! Cheers
Absolutely love it man............That you are enjoying in India...you will never have this much fun and peace ever....anywhere else in the world.
Ohh Freddie & Monika, brilliant filming, superb editing, eternal memories 👌
This is one of my favorite episode of yours. First of all , i always appreciate you and Martha talk about prices of food and hotels. Mainly love this episode because you went to look for the old Goa. I left India (Mysore ) when i was 9 year old in 1996 and have the nostalgic yearning ever since. So much that i bought an old Enfield here in States. So seeing you in an old Enfield and searching for old goa is refreshing to watch. You must go Mysore and Ooty to see the old British Colonial hotels and hidden cafe and restaurants.
Lovely video. Excellent photography. Well done! Brilliant guide to Goa. All the best. Regards
What a beautiful landscape, if Goa is like this in summers it must be like heaven in the rainy season.
P.S- You should try yohr hand at the Himalayas Freddie the mountains may be calling you.
Really enjoying these Indian videos.
Seems sooo chilled over there.and yes the combination of sun DRY roads lush green, beautifull flowers lovely food and classic motorbike.
I doubt you will remember but it was me that told you about Readly, so glad you love it as I do, it makes so many magazines accessible for so little. Loving your Indian trip, Monika’s filming as brilliant as ever.
For sightseeing void the expressways and use the old villge roads
I am so pleased to have found your channel. The excitement of uncovering architectural clues, glorious food and weather- the magic of Goa.
The way you intermingle history with contemporary geography is really interesting. Thank you.
Brilliant , love the feel and the life of these videos, the history, the food, thanks Freddie and Monica.
Exquisite travelogue. Keep it coming!
These videos are absolutely fascinating, and Freddie holds your attention with the way he tells the story. Brilliant.
Freddy, your trip to the Enfield cafe/dealership was fantastic. Well done and a great episode. Loving what you're both doing.....
This is incredible content. Absolutely dreamy videography. Thanks to you both.
I love these biking travelogue videos. Thank you. Monica's videography is so good. ❤
Finally got to see the end of this excellent film, thanks Freddie and Monika!
7:44, right behind this large church there is a small chapel called Chapel of St. Catherine of Alexandria which is on of the oldest Christian structures in Goa. I went there in 2018 monsoon.
Started following you for the Royal Enfield reviews... But now, continuing for the sheer artistry of how you put your videos together. Biking, city tour, history, and, of course, the most beautiful music.
Another fantastic video! Safe travels to you both!
Absolutely gorgeous video you two. Thanks for sharing.❤ We just finished a couple of our videos of a five week tour of Portugal. Loved that country, but this looks so chill, very nice. Thanks. Safe travels guys.
Love this series!
Really enjoyed your traveller insights. Always wanted to visit Goa and you’ve confirmed it’s a great place.
Thank you Mr Dobbs. I’m off on a three month wild camping tour of the Baltics and Scandinavia this summer. I’ve signed up to Readly and the ability to read my downloaded favourite magazines by the campfire is going to zap me right back to my happy place in the eighties.
Vegetable rights and peace 🙂✌🏻
Enjoying your trip to India, love the way you present the video 👍🏍️
Absolutely brilliant potrayal of Goa.
Great work 👍🌹
Hope u post more of these I'm quite liking this tbh , actually a lot!👍🏻👍🏻
Superb travel video 😍 Love this Goa series
As always a fantastic upload, quit magical. Stay safe both of you.
Thanks Monika, Freddie! Such a great documentary on Goa condensed in a few minutes of delightful scenario and music!
That’s incredibly kind of you Marcus! Thank you sir!
Freddie & Monica. You showed me the unexplored part of Goa. I have been to Goa many times but never experienced this part of the beauty. My next visit would be inspired by your videos. Thanks a lot.
Freddie's found Noddy's car at 4:20 😂
I thought I recognised it!
Hey Freddie brill vid as always. I’m looking at booking next year. Thanks
Loving the tangerine dream music 🎶
Freddie & Monika...love your vids about my hometown Goa.....
the choice of music is excellent!! good job monica!
Hi freddie. Love these vlogs… Much love from a fellow Goan in the UK…
One of ypur best videos so far .
That blue bus at 5:22 'padmavati' I often travel by this bus. Who knows I might be in that bus when you took this video 😅
Another great video from your self and monica mechanic street :)) what a place
Go to Dharamsala, Manali, Kashmir or Sikkim in this winter as Colonial Britishers did in Summers.
Thanks for reminding me of my visit to Goa in the early 90s... The old capital was still under reclamation from the Jungle back then..Might l suggest Tiracol fort....My wife and l rode about this wonderful country just as you are now on an Royal Enfield. ..Crossing the Mandovi River by a rather 'rickety' looking ferry back then. Seeing it all again bought back many memories of 30 or so years ago....
Thank you for the video Freddie , enjoyed it 👍
Another Awesome video, Freddie oh that food looks so good.
So good to see our favorite moto vlogger enjoying India.
Gorgeous background music, and scenery
Awesome few weeks watching in the rain ,thanks really enjoyed all of it 😁
Love your music selection.
Lovely video in Goa, it looks like a georgous place to simply ride round on an small bike and take in the scenery. Hope you're both staying free of any food related problems 😁
Another great video - great to see so many 2 wheeled machines - needs to be a massive push in the UK to get people onto motorbikes/scooters
Freddie and Monika - who wouldn’t live your videos…backed by good research and verging on cuteness all the time - I am visiting Bengalore and riding an Enfield to surrounding villages down south - just incredible, though it is getting a little warm for my comfort - would highly recommend it to you
What a great episode ❤
Hello there Freddie and Monica, I think the old town of Panjim is called Fontainas we have there many times and its wonderful, we go across on the ferry which happens to be free . Enjoy your time in Goa .x
Great to know youre having a wonderful time in Goa Freddie....try to visit Pondicherry if possible, its an old French colony in India ,Im sure youll love it too.
I can't tell how much I enjoyed watching your video Freddie. If you are still in Goa I'd love to meet you. If that's possible, I totally understand you must be running on a tight schedule, but I'm glad you're visiting my Goa 😍❤️
Superb episode team! Definitely made me want to explore Goa.
I really enjoyed the historical outline of Goa and the wonderful adventure had by Monica and Freddie. I just ordered Readly via the link. 😊
Hey Freddie and Monika. I must admit that Goa was not on my radar before seeing your videos. And now I am very interested and in particular, the opportunity to rent a Royal Enfield and do some sightseeing would be perfect for me. As a big fan of RE bikes, I haven’t yet decided on which model would be my choice to buy, but it’s going to happen soon. Thanks for the video. As always Monika is a master film maker. Cheers and ride safe, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
India’s everything you hope it’ll be- it genuinely doesn’t disappoint. There really are Enfields everywhere, there’s no real paperwork for anything, it’s all chilled out, easy, beautiful and incredible value🏍️🇮🇳🙂
Plenty of scammers
I need to revisit, laid back and relaxed. You need to go further south and see Kerala which is completely different again.
The mouth freshner mix can be found in the UK. I've it a few times in various restaurants.
Interesting! enjoyable tour so far
The mouth freshner is also great for digestion & heart burn.
At this rate Freddie might relocate to Goa, glad you are enjoying your adventure my friend
