i would love to see how Dr Ed Westrick managed soft tissue on the conminuted sub fx fixed with the plate. Vey interesting case. i had a similar case last month also choose plate and i am very concerned about fracture healing.

Why plating...what about fracture hematoma....
Have you heard about minimal invasive techniques??without disturbing the hematoma and the fracture site?
