0:20 - 0:25 "use a short sling as possible" while there is some truth in it in some senarios, this may potentially mislead people who has no rigging training/knowledge. The longer the sling the less stress on each of the sling, and the less tendency to slide along the load. And shorter sling will not make the control of the load easier. But it does reduce the load swing which can be annoying for small capacity knockle boom cranes.
