Would you disable your browser from startup apps in task manager? I use M Edge.
If you don't use any other browser then its better to uninstall extra browsers

Just bought a new sdd and tha's when the problem started. I reinstalled everything, but did not fix it. Why is that happening in the first place?
For some reason stopping and disabling Windows update fixed my issue.

Hi bro. I saw your video I followed that all steps but my PC still its run 100 % only.
It actually worked mine was stuck at 100 disk and in instant goes to 1 to 2% thnks alot ❤
