Exceptionally well presented and tastefully furnished property. You can see a lot of time and love has gone into this. Really like the wraparound balconies on each bedroom. I like the kitchen but not the colour. The rest of the house is lovely. The outside area is extremely lush and greenery, very well maintained.
This house is for the very very rich...so unless we have some multimillionaires in Jamaica, this will be purchased by an overseas buyer. Despite its beauty, this price is pitched primarily due to its well sort after location but I know you've shown houses on this level for less. I still think that realtors need to be mindful when putting out these asking prices. Yes try and get the best price they can for their clients, but not so high that it becomes difficult to sell. It's way out of my pocket even if I won the lotto😊😊
