This is quite the gathering of amazing antique machines. The old timers that ran these machines must look at the machinery of today & say "What are they complaining about? That's a NICE machine!"
Awesome. It’s amazing to see how far along equipment has come. I have modern machines and love them but I would love to run these everyday too. I think it’s safe to say ALL true equipment operators at heart will agree with me that we never grew up, we just got bigger toys. Lol 👍
I am absolutely fascinated not only by watching this machinery work but I love working on it also keeping it running. In watching those shovels work my first thought was what a huge advance the internal combustion engine is over steam for the operator, granted you are still seated next to the entire drive assembly and the engine is directly behind you but things just work so much smoother and the power delivery is so much more consistent! I still have to say I bet at the end of the day those operators were worn out!
This old stuff is the best!! The terex dozer at the end sure is tired but if that was the stuff from today it probably wouldn’t even be running in that many years time.
They just don't build machines like this anymore. Wonder how many of the modern, computerised, gps guided scrap will still be working in 60, 70 or 80 year's time ?
Underbart att få en ny inblick i Maskinerna historia
Jag förmodar att Euclid'en och Terexen är importerade

I love this machine I'm also heavy equipment operator running old model to new model of equipment
Back then things were made to last. I doubt you will see the machines of today running in 100 years time.
I have worked on most of these. Fun to see these old dogs still working.
Had a Lorain loader with an 8v71 and a Terex loader with a 6-71. Good vid ! Thanks.
