You need to improve your trout handling skills. Next time use gloves and oil the gloves before you grab the fish. Then make sure not to breath on it because you are basically blowing your toxics all over it. After that, make sure you give it a gentle back massage and slowly lower into the water. Hasn't anyone ever told you that trout are delicate??

I just cooked this recipe for my family and it was tops man ! I doubled the recipe, one large Rainbow and one large German Brown. I also added some morel mushrooms. I love me some fried or grilled trout but this is a fine way to cook it when you want to impress... and that sauce with the bread....you cant beat that with a stick ! thanks for sharing !!

That looked delicious. For my own preference, I would have put some egg noodles in before the spinach with a touch extra wine and let simmer until a bit under al dente, then added the rest.

Hey Micah ! Just wanted to shoot you a catch and cook idea. Not sure if you’re going to read this but you should try marinating your fish in ranch dressing then frying it. It’s delicious!!

Heres a tip to improve that souce recipie. Put 1/4 cup of cream cheese to it with the butter. Use the cream cheese thats in a little box and foil. Not the tub ones😉

The carp hasn‘t lost any scales, those are a special breed called mirror carp. They breeded them in europe like this kn the middle age so you won‘t have to scale them as much
That is so fancy and look so delicious how you did that. I bet that would be good with some manicotti noodles stuffed with that or some fettucini with that aldric over it and the trout that would be phenomenal a bit but that bag at and how you ate it caveman style was so funny to see that was awesome that's exactly what a catch and cook should be like and that's just another phenomenal great video.

When i get trout its always off with head, tail, fins and out with guts then salt, pepper, butter, juniper branch, lemon slice or square inside its stomach area then packed good into 2 layers of foil and directly into fireplace

That carp didn't loose his scales. That is a type of carp, that does't have alot of scals. Its called mirrow carp, because of its scals
