Well the things written on colleges website are just potential jobs maybe which you can get. Usually you need a degree for good high level jobs and most jobs that aren't associat or assistant level require atleast 2-3 years of experience and degree. Also if possible go for co-op in either of the fields as it will allow you to develop Network in the industry and gain some valuable experience

Yes, degree is usually 8 Semesters , buy you will have to study less than 8 Semesters in most cases. Maybe 6. And it allows you to get a job without spending for a degree

Unfortunately I am not aware about the requirements of that college, so please check it on their website. Also for scope www.jobbank.gc.ca is a website that can allow you to look at accurate statistics. Kindly open it on a computer.
Finally, pr chances look good as you have a high level international credential.

Brother please tell me Can I change from NON-PGWP college to PGWP college in Canada after I got acceptance from non-PGWP and paid application fee and after I come to Canada. Can I change to PGWP college ?
Well bro, you must ask this to your non-pgwp college or/and your pgwp college because some may allow you to do so directly after landing in canada, some may ask you to study atleast 1 Semester/year, some may not even transfer your credits so you'll have to restart in new colleges from sem 1.

Without a final offer letter, you cannot apply for visa, I hope they conduct your.exams ASAP. For now, try to look for some alternative on Canada's website if possible or wait

I think job really depends upon skills of an individual, irrespective of whether he/she is diploma or bachelors holder. (Masters is at next level). I have seen diploma people getting really good jobs than bachelors holders. So ya.. SKILLS depends...
A good way to measure skills from an employer perspective is - experience/credentials. I agree with you in some cases diploma holders after 12th get a better job but in most god jobs degree is a mandatory requirement, either Canadian degree or a ECA international degree.

Nope, you cannot in most instances. I would recommend you to contact the college/University in order to obtain admission requirements for pg diploma

I think it's a pretty solid diploma but I this field a degree is must.
What about a diploma after a bachelors degree??? Or a change of field in which I have some experience
If you're changing you field then diploma can definitely allow you to get into that industry and yes many people pursue diploma after bachelors that's completely normal as well.... What matters the most is a good Network

This is what the website says: To be able to enter Canada as a student, you must
have a valid study permit or a letter of introduction that shows you were approved for a study permit
be attending a designated learning institution (DLI) with a COVID-19 readiness plan approved by its province or territory.
So if you have this then you can come to Canada and will have to follow the rules and regulations imposed against covid 19 that's is quarantine, covid tests etc.
However please check it with airlines and your college/university before booking your ticket

It also depends upon how much experience you have like a person who has 5 years of work ex as compared to fresher who has just completed his masters, in this case the attention of the interviewer might get shifted towards the practical knowledge an experienced person has
He will be much more credible as well will cost less to train as he already has that skill set build up
Moreover, I think cost factor also plays a vital role. Considering these hard times not everyone can afford to spend 50 plus ( in lakhs) on pursuing international studies . It’s way high
I think what I opine is that one should at least have a diploma to enter into Canada if he already has an experience from home country and then after getting PR go towards industry specific certification or masters to get a growth
Or else best possible thing is to do specialised course diploma like supply chain or financial planning or even business analysis to be master of particular field as masters is whole package but with diploma you can save money and get a pertinent skill for that particular industry
