This is just 2 examples of the places to visit to get British food in Thailand. I know there's Paddy's and Hemmingways just to name a few but these are the 2 places that I enjoy the most.

I want to stop here forever because it's such a beautiful country with so much to offer but I will run out of money eventually. I've spent a lot of money preparing the bike and I'm going touring in the next month so I need all the help I can get.

Good to see you having fun mate. You need this life there
Short, but better then nothing! Thanks Tony!
A few close, Mrs. The Tony, but I can see you’re having fun. I have 350 absolutely love it keep up the good work.👴🏻
And... From this video, reading a menu I learned what my favourite kind of sausage is called in English. After a lot of booze it tastes great. It's called saveloy.
Oh..... saveloy. I've got to have me one of those now! Not had any for years because they were always too expensive.
Great content good to see that you can get traditional fish and chips if you want some. The Menu looked like one from Blackpool that's brilliant. Fancy having Siamburis over there but with UK prices that seems a bit mad I guess they must be people who go shopping there all the same.
Siamburies is only one of a few that sell UK stuff. Lotus over here is owned by Tesco, they have some small shops like Tesco but the larger ones are way bigger than any Tesco in the UK and they sell absolutely everything.
God bless pal ❤
Imagine biing into FrenSCH Haute Coisine...
Vietnam is just a border away ;) And they have quite a tradition.
So i see there is a Siamburi's over there, guess it won't be long before Thaisco's start showing up.
Actually..... Lotus over here is like Tescos. In actual fact, it's owned by Tesco so it's already here mate.
@@Vortecks I know, years ago it was actually called Tesco Lotus. My favourite whenever i am over there has to be the Big C hypermarkets, they sell everything you can think of.
@@neildavies9351 Sorry mate, you made it sound like you'd never been over here before.
I love Big C Supercenter in Pattaya - I can spend all day in there and still not come out with what I went in for 😂
@@Vortecks I've been regularly going to Thailand since 2007. Chiang Mai is my favourite location to visit. Cooler there too.
Thank you for your VLOG Tony, I love hearing your up beat voice compared to what you sounded like in the latter weeks in the UK, a total contrast 👍
I might start a mid-week video where I post some of the crap I went through in the UK, it's a very strong reminder of the person I was back then.
You’ve moved on with your life for the better Tony, you do not have to re-live the past just to appease someone else! If they have the ability to post on CZcams? They have the ability to look at all your previous videos to see what you’ve been through. Onward and upward Tony lad 👍👍👍👍👍
Great to see you happy Tony.
When you come and visit us in Sakon Nakhon you will be able to have a proper cup of Yorkshire Tea with my wife's wonderful fish and chips.
Oh mate, I'm looking forward to this BIG time now 😁😁😁
Cheers Tony youre sounding upbeat mate!
I am happy mate, very happy 😁👍
nice tony
mate do you rent a place and go around or do you travel all over and stay where u go and is there much price differences in accommodation's. cheers
I rent a bungalow outside of the city and it's on a resort that's currently closed. You can rent an unfurnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse over here for 6,000 baht (£130) a month but you have water and electricity on top of that which is no more than £20 a month. You can actually rent a 4 bedroom unfurnished house for £68 a month if you know where to look.
One thing I've learnt.... you need a home, somewhere to call home and somewhere to return to. When I go touring, I'm keeping this place and staying in hotels which you can pick up for less than £20 a night which includes breakfast.
😁👍Thanks Tony
It would have been nice for you show the fish and chips when you eat them?
What, all chewed up and covered in saliva, you're disgusting!
Sorry mate, I never thought anyone would like to see me eating.
So you gave up on the bugs? 😂
Bugs are reserved for those times when you've had a couple of beers and you need some pure protein mate 🤣
Gravy with chips??
I'd rather do country line dancing with my nan ...
Take care Mr V...
Baldie in UK. 😂😂
Sorry mate but gravy! Glad you are enjoying yourself.
Indeed why not? When I'm sober, I have a completely different taste to when I'm drunk 🤣🤣
Have you got anything like a M&S ?
Yes mate, it's called M&S. We also have Boots, H&M, KFC, McDonalds, Tesco and there are probably loads that I don't know about yet.
Blackpool? Best Fish & Chips? No way… East Coast Fish & Chips are the best; Whitby 👌🏻👍🏻
Yorkshire fisheries in Blackpool mate, they're the best I've ever tasted. I went to Blackpool in January just before I came here and I thought I'd try some from the seafront instead (just after I'd eaten a big bag of roasted chestnuts). I remember the seafront stuff being nasty but they've really stepped up and made them edible now, it's all wrong 🤣🤣
perhaps that's why they drive slow around bends and junks lol
