Get both! The wide Maxx kit is a must. I doubled up on the springs in the back and used the wide Maxx kit springs in the front. Gives the truck way plusher suspension.

Does the rock n roll version come with the wide kit or what??? On traxxas website it says the RN’R model doesn’t ship until December but it doesn’t say anything about it having widekit or any upgrades?

The Maxx is such a damn good Rig!! I love mine. Its my medication lol. Plus all the complaints about the maxx price being high can easily be fixed if you werent broke lol. Go get a better job or an education and money wont be such a problem. Im omw to get my 9 year old daughter a maxx right now. Such a perfect machine.

You need Antitwizzlers on those axles to keep them from twisting and ripping apart with the wide kit. Search eBay for them.
