Popup Camper Cable and Pulley Repair....Part1

the front portion of my popup was going up but i couldnt get it to level with the back end it was always a couple inches low. turns out the wet rotting floor was causing one of the pulleys to pull away and nor allowing the free movement of the cable. Thus i am repairing this area of the floor so i can reattached the pulley to the floor and allow the cable to move as it should.
