I made this cake,it really turned well,I loved the recipe of yours. Only milk part,I have to add on extra to keep your level of consistency. I used 1 cup milk💘 instead of 1/4 cup. . It's really heart healthy recipe
I baked this one Today. It Took total 1hr to bake. But cake came out as super soft nd spongy. Taste is superbbb, very delicious. My kids loved it. Thank you so much for this recipe. I always follows your baking recipes nd all are superb. 👍👍👍❤❤
Turned out awesome in otg for a new vegetarian baker like me !!! Healthy version of a choco sponge cake but included vanila essence and coffee extract to cut the flavor of wheat !!

@@yladvaishali yeah Butter / clarrified butter because these fats are heart healthy fats in comparison to poly-unsaturated fats in oils, which are unwanted fats. Also Butter has 20% water, while oil is pure fat which gets absorbed in the food.
@@kinzas981 sorry but i haven't tried, I Recommended it on my experience, Cadbury brand is also good for cocoa powder but I always prefer to use hersheys cocoa.

Hi all! Made it exactly as shown. Oil measured is 1/4th, I added extra dry fruits.. so would suggest in that case..to add atleast half oil measurement. Overall, thanks for this. Everyone loved it..on top I added hot chocolate sauce..it was just like brownie😂
