    I think LEDs facing outward on the mirror would look nicer, even with the diffused housing.
    Great vid! I recently put a vertical strip in a corner, but mounted onto a 20mm wide flat aluminium bar I had lying around, and faced it into the corner so its floating, about 20mm away from the wall. The light spills onto the corner and is diffused, just like in the your 2nd example with acoustic panels. I much prefer it this way compared to facing into the room where you can see the face of the chanel, the light spill is much nicer when bounced of walls in my opinion.

    Hey, Reed;
    Those LED strip ideas are excellent. However, have your wife play more Claude Debussy.

    Has anyone found other corner channel cover options? I want to put 2 - 2 meter channel covers and light strips in my home but can only seem to find packages of 10. I really don't want more than I need and would hate to be wasteful. PLEASE HELP 🙏🏽

    You've done a great job concealing all the wires and might I add all the surge protectors too. Do you have a video on that?

    For the light strips under the couch, do you find that they stick pretty well to the fabric of the couch? I'd like to do something similar but I don't want them falling off in a few weeks.

      Most light strips come with 3M double-sided tape on the backside of the LEDs. They recommend you to clean the area very well, but if that doesn't work there's alternative tapes to help stick to your couch.

      It does okay. I've had to add that double sided gorilla tape to the corner areas after it being up for a while and it's still holding it fine. Some people have told me they use staples to hold the light strips under the couch and I would think that would work very well.

    I like all of these ideas, I would personally work on that mirror and closet one.
    But that music reactive one interests you for intitial 5 minutes only, I made a setup to react the light to bass in music system and oh boy, those flickering lights got frustrating so quick.

      Thanks! The syncing with music isn't for everyone, but my kids love it (and I know plenty of adults who do too). I get a lot of comments asking about light strips that sync with music so I wanted to make sure to show it.
