I would never ever hate on Britney. She’s my favourite performer, singer and the absolute love of my life, I just miss the days when she’d go at it with her dance skills. I wished I had even a small fraction of her skill as a dancer. She’s magnificent.

I just watched a performance of this song from 2000 in London and it is so sad to see the difference. Back then she was singing but she was smiling and laughing, interacting with crowd and having fun. You could see it in her eyes how much fun she was having now all i see is pain in her eyes

As far as I can tell. There is a few choreographed moments, but for the most part. She ad libs the movements. Which is why sometimes she is just moving her arms around in a some what chaotic fashion. And why she glances at her back-up dancers or is a few beats behind the movement. Because she is just ad libbing the choreo. Which is why the dancers choreography is so intense and intricate. Because Britney is not supposed to be doing what they are doing. She is on autopilot. Doing moves her body has done before, mouthing to the words. Notice when she is able to make some sort of motion that the song itself is conveying. Like anytime she says "you" in any of her songs, she almost always just points out to the crowd. Or will make an over the top expression. Again, her body is just doing what it has done since it was a teenager. Except now I think she is so medicated it is doing everything in slow motion. If you guys think her slow movements and her lack of choreo is due to her age. You are COMPLETELY incorrect. Look up Janet Jackson, Nicole Scherzinger, Madonna. All of them have videos of them dancing in their upper 30's and into their 40's. (maybe not nicole but whatever). The body does not start to slow down or lose speed in any capacity. But if you put heavy doses of medication, into the mix. And put them on auto pilot. This is EXACTLY what it would look like. This poor girl, I hope things get easier for her in the future. Honestly to me she looks like she's still enjoying herself on stage. Her dancing just isn't like it used to be. It's very boxy instead of sexy but I don't see her being miserable here. It's probably the only time when she can actually escape. When shes performing. She still dances on her Instagram videos. I don't know what everyone else is seeing. I guess it's the bias because we all know her life isn't her own. As for the lipsyncing. Doesn't bother me or surprise me. She's been doing that even in her glory days. That's not the issue.
She stopped taking the medications they force on her during from 2015 to 2018. That's why she got skinnier and seemed more present, energetic and vivid. That's why we got great moments on stage but the overall show was still the same one from 2013 made for the medicated stiff Britney so the choreography was still lacking but she did her best with it

It honestly is the meds she’s been on. The last half a year of her residency, her meds stopped working and she was back at dancing a lot better and having some personality on stage. It’s even better when she was practicing for her Domination residency. But her dad found out her meds were not working and well 2019 never saw Britney performed. She’s heavily drugged since 2008.
