- SpoonyPizzas here guys, learnt quite a bit from the recent Pro friendlies. I've managed to copy and replicate one of the best techniques I've seen yet with the highest scoring chance. It's not easy to pull off, but if you've got good experience and a good handle of your control pad you should be OK! This is an in-depth breakdown tutorial on how to take a corner like a PRO!

Q. Why activate manual controls for the corner (holding L2)?
A. I believe this is done as the AI finds it harder to track low/lob manual passes (similar in the way it struggles to deal with Super Cancel, as it almost takes it off their radar, so response times are lower)
Q. What corner technique did you use?
A. None - leave it alone. If you have no players at the near post... then switch taker of corner and press L1 to move your players into position.
I've had quite a bit of success just using 'dash' and swinging it in flat and hard to the edge of the 6 yard box. Very simple and almost always causes problems.

Nice one Spoony!! I’ve struggled this year a bit. Found dash and aiming for the 6 yard box (in swingers or out) sort of worked but not found a decent routine like previous years. This looks promising!

I used to use dash at first but had better success with 100% and set to 6 yard box....but this is even better. I think the reason for not selecting dash is so there is a large gap allowing you to freely run into the 6 yard box without too much cluttering (from others dashing in before the corner is taken)

Let's hope PES 2021 refs can issue more than one card. Opponents seem to be abusing the weak refs on this game. If they get away with one blatant foul they can do another horrific challenge with another player, and it's only that player who gets a yellow.
Refs attention span of a goldfish. Surely that must take ten minutes to program?!
Programming refs must be really difficult... there are so many variables as to how to determine a foul, when to play out etc.
@@SpoonyPizzas I'm talking about players abusing it. Blatant multiple fouls by multiple players, ref issues one card to the last player, thereby letting off the other three psychos.

How to do little push or small pass when defender is approaching from front ...for move away or nutmeg...Quick tap sprint button not useful
Release both analogue sticks, double tap sprint and then push L-stick in direction of defender to nutmeg. Tutorials available on this :)
I usually have corner instructions on zone that defender stand around 6 yard box. That may only work for man on man.
Hi dude it works because your players will be stationary and if your opponent does this and gets in-between or ahead of your defender... Goal
When i use this technique, my players seems to be always at the far post. Even if i do a super cancel on the player in the box, it is too late for my players to react. Any advice frm u?

I did score corners like this but from the 2nd post and the middle because i charge 90%-80% but i dont press the left stick forward and i dont control my player with L1 or super cancel

Im very angry with konami for this pes 2020
There is things happen during the game when playing super star are not fair at all they dismantle my player in order to give advantage to themselves and they always select the far player to chase or challenge for the 2nd ball
Its so annoying and that stopping me from playing on legend difficulty

Off topic but. Would you please organize a tournament challenge with some rules for beginners who plays on pc myclub. So people can send you the gameplay of the match then you can analyze it how they should play. Just for fun or a tshirt gift etc.

This game online is completely different than single player!! Is not same felling. Players loosing ball, Competitors move and exhibit differently. Pes 2020 is two different games.!!!

Spoony sorry to bother you m8, so if i use the circle button to shoot and square for a lob pass and i use R2 for sprint L1 for switching players and R1 or L2 for manual pass how would you execute this corner m8, so how fifa buttons is on classic controls.

how to escape defenders who catch up with me even if I'm meters in front, and how to catch up with attackers that are behind me and still manage to get away. also I'm always depossesed from behind, I can't do it. thanks

@@SpoonyPizzas I'm talking about straight line speed when I'm already in front of the defender, I press speed burst , but he still manages to catch up.

Why do you have to press L1 and L2? Thanks, anyway.
See pinned comment :) the L1 just makes it easier to flick the R-stick to select the player in the box
its hard to do 😅😅. For me just press left on dpad, then select dash, hold r2 button then hold Circle until reach 50% then press square. chance rate 45% will success 😛

Agreed....but that's kind of obvious. The less the set piece ability the less likely the ball is going to go where you place it. Still...if you've watched my ML recently... You'll still see I'm.scoring regularly with 73 for set pieces
I just smashed my Xbox pc controller , it's not possible to always hit with my passes opponents, and I never get hit once no matter pass support level, it's not possible to get depossesed while running, like I have elefants , and opponents has Bugattis no matter which team. and I never manage to catch them not even thinking about deposses them. I play Pes since 2007 but this 2020 it's possesed, one day super Cancel works the next day it doesn't, I tried all settings , on steam, on game setting, in game settings, X box emulator, worked 2 days, than shit.

I want ask you a question why not the commentary calls the players name like de jong , bergwijn and others how can i make the commentary call their names on ps4
It's all they could get in I guess...or ran out of space.

i own both Fifa and PES and ill admit i like Fifa's gameplay better, but the scripting is terrible. im thinking of buying "only" PES this year. ive had about all i can take of EA.
