Thats the law. EVERYONE is allowed Bail. I don't agree with it but that is how the law works. And just because you give someone bond doesn't mean they can pay it. Some judges deliberately set it So high they can't or they ask for cash only knowing they can't pay it.
The money paid for bail, if they can pay it, should go to the victims family. That should be the law.
