the sajaegi accusation is part of a coordinated negative campaign against hybe and bts that's being done by antifans and the camp of min heejin as a smokescreen against the ongoing criminal investigation and court cases against her. people should know the following: (1) that the sajaegi accusation goes back to 2017 because exo fans couldn't believe that bts trounced them in the charts and in award shows. (2) it must be pointed out that bighit was a small company in 2017 compared to sm, yg, or jyp, so it didn't have the resources to engage in sajaegi. (3) the court case against bighit for sajaegi was thrown out in 2017. that alone means the sajaegi accusation lacked substance and evidence. (4) the statute of limitations on the bighit sajaegi case has expired, so the fact that it is being brought up again is really more for negative PR purposes. (5) the english version of korea joonang daily article is curiously spun negatively. the complaint was simply received by the relevant government office, but the government office concerned hasn't even issued an official statement that it will order any investigation. there is a big difference between "receiving" the complaint and actually giving the order for an investigation. (6) the korean police have just issued a statement that they're now doing a criminal investigation against min heejin. this shows that there are sufficient grounds to pursue a criminal complaint against min heejin. a korean court has also ruled that hybe can call a board of directors meeting despite min heejin's objections. with the legal process now moving, even this coordinated negative campaign will be also exposed, as hybe has hired a separate law firm to deal with all the rumor and slander being deliberately spread by certain parties.

Big Hit has said they will protect the artists and their reputations. Big Hit said they even hired a separate law firm to fight the slanderous false accusations and defamation going on. We do not work for Big Hit, nor Hybe. Why would they need to give us, ARMY, a written report of all they have done? But they did say on the Weverse notice that the company has already handed over some information to the authorities that handle those issues. Just because we don’t know every detail does not mean they are not protecting them.
When legal is involved, they are NOT going to tell the public what they are doing. I assume it is unlawful to reveal what steps are being taken to quash rumors/disparaging SMS/etc. Do these "ARMYs" seriously believe that HYBE is not protecting their biggest asset? The Korean government knows full well what BTS has done for the country. Let people do their jobs and stop wasting money on this crap and give it where it is needed, if they are so willing to spend.

The death wreaths were so inappropriate, overkill, very expensive (to be replaced with new ones everyday), and so quickly organized. Min Hee Jin has to be behind it. No real Armies would do such a thing to HYBE in the name of BTS. BTS is a big asset to not only HYBE but also to Korea so ofcourse HYBE would defend and protect BTS. I don't think HYBE needs to tell the media step by step what they are doing, and they can't spend their efforts rebutting all the lies out there about BTS. I strongly believe this is all from Min Hee Jin. She has been planning for a while to take down HYBE. She and her supporters and antis are trying to separate BTS from HYBE to bring down HYBE. This feud between MHJ and HYBE has nothing to do with BTS so it's so very strange they are bringing up something, anything bad they could find about BTS then ask why HYBE don't defend BTS. The real issue and culprit has always been Min Hee Jin. She planned a hostile take over of Ador because of money of greed and she got caught and is trying to save herself by misdirecting her crime. She is an evil and greedy woman. It's not enough she wants to take NJ from HYBE, she wants to destroy HYBE along the way. Read the statement recently put out by HYBE between conversation between MHJ and her staffs. I read it and have to say, WOW, that MHJ woman is a very clever manipulator, just how methodical she is and how manipulative she is. She must've studied psychology and used it to manipulate ppl. If HYBE didn't retrieve the laptop from one of the Ador's employees, we would have never know how wicked MHJ is. HYBE only revealed a few of the convo between MHJ and her staff to prove some of her lies. I'm sure HYBE has more evidence to be reveal in court, and not to the media.

There are k-army accounts on Twitter that thoroughly explain the situation. (If I get rude replies, I’m just straight-up blocking.
