I've been wanting a ruby sparkle since I started using moss green back in the day
Great vid man🎉
I have absoutley loved the videos yall are putting out. If yall stay consistant this will 100% be th GO TO channel for all glass blowers. I Love the quality of these edits and lessons! thank you!!
Put a dimple in the base. Like the punt on a wine bottle, it will always sit flat😉
Thanks for the tip! I have seen people do this with a spoon, will have to try it next time.
@@coloradocolorcompany205 I can't take credit for that tip. I'm just paying it forward. Eli Mizet taught me that lil trick😉
Fuckin awesome! I'd do anything to learn glass blowing, a beautiful artform
Love all your videos, just hoping you are able to get Didymium lens for all your cameras. The Solar flare in some scenes is extreme. When you did a wig wag tutorial it was hard to see all your. Your shop video is amazing! Thank you
Hey thanks for the feed back. There is a didymium filter on the long angle. Just need to turn the iso down a lot to see into the flame. Working on some angles for that. Checkout the Dichroic cab video, there’s and over head view with the camera set so you can see more into the flame. 🤙🏼
"Solar flare" lol, better get EMP protection
(I'm sure he meant sodium and it auto corrected
I thought pomegranate self striked? I know elvis does. They should make a similar color
Pom kinda self strikes, but a nice soak at 1100ish will even any inconsistency’s out
Dude this is awesome! Thank you! Is that a mirage your running?
Yea that's the old trusty Mirage!
Lemme have it?
Did you go with only the 600 grit wheel, then fire polish?
Left it matte on the bottom but you could totally Fire polish it from there🤙🏼
where did you get the bench roller? Looking for one of those.
Sorry for the delayed response. We have them available at coloradocolorcompany.com there is one left fyi
i think all glass artist make that face when something wonks lol
The 😬 Face
5:45 looks so close to the sleeve haha
Haha yea that hoodie has 2 little burn marks in that same spot. 😮
yo.... not everyone has fuc$ing 3=$300 rollers do this with. Take out the rollers and do it like all the normal broke people in this world.
Investing in your tool kit is a good move😀 There are some easy homemade options for rollers as well.
@@coloradocolorcompany205you are right, sorry for sounding so mad.
All good dude🤙
@@coloradocolorcompany205do you know where to buy the rollers so I can make a DIY roller myself?
@@coloradocolorcompany205that dude is trippin, rollers are easy to make, skateboard bearings and some scrap steel and if you don't have a welder braze it with your glassblowing torch
