May you suggest doing an adulting routine video aka what u must know how to do living on ur own? I have adhd and I’m trying to come up with a weekly chores list/around the house chores in general since my adhd tends to get me unorganized and messy. Also what new adults should know/consider knowing how to do such as cooking, household skills like ironing etc. I never learned that hands on unfortunately being the youngest.
