      On top of that as a mum of 2 you might not eat enough I know it’s important for us all to be slim and fit but to have a healthy baby you might need some “stock” and be a little bit more, let’s say rounded! Let it go, follow these very Healthy food advises but maybe rise the quantities! If I were close to you I would love to help as a friend as I feel your pain of not having kids. I have a sick husband I do know what it is to have a drama in life. You’ll make it!

      I noticed you eat really small portions, are you thinking of increasing your food portions once you do get pregnant? So that way it’s enough calories for youand your baby

      Yes I like the video. Please make more of those and let us participate in your fertility journey. I follow you since a few years, and I watched all your raw and plant based recipies first. Your Energy was so positive in those and i see that you go through some struggles trying to conceive. There is so much conflicting information what to do for fertility. I am also wanting to be pregnant since a 1.5 years and know how stressful that time can be, especially in the current circumstances. I think you do best on a plant based diet occasionally integrating some beef to balance your iron. The protocol of the naturopath seems a little Stickt to put you on having beef for breakfast. Did you see the fertility shop which has an ebook for fertility smoothies ? I think that may be the better approach once your body can tolerate fructose again. The other comments of food quantity from other woman I can’t relate too. I think you know how much is best for you regarding the quantity. My Tipp would be to be more balanced. Sending you lots of love and hope to get pregnant with you at the same time to follow you on pregnancy diet Tipps ❤️

    I hope you can have a baby like you want. My wife had a couple of miscaridge before having our son, he turns 19 next month. The only advice I can offer is to ditch the plant foods completely and only focus on animal sourced foods. I know you think the plants are so great but they are really not great at all. Much love to you Yovana.

    Dear Yovana, this What I Eat has very small portions and it does not seem high protein. The total calories are probably around 1,300 and I don't think you even have 1 g of protein/kg of body weight. It is great that you eat red meat which is great for fertility (organ meats are great too), but everything looks portion controlled. This looks more like the What I Eat of a teenager or an elderly person, not an active young lady in her prime trying to stack up nutrients for a pregnancy and fertility. And isn't the protein powder an escape route i.e. a way to incorporate more protein (which is not well absorbed if it is plant-protein) without putting on weight? I hope I am not offending you in any way, I just thought I'd call it like I see it, to give you some feedback. Thank you for your understanding.

      Just wanted to point out that teenagers should be eating more than full-grown adults, not less!

    • @andreanicholson5939
      @andreanicholson5939 Před 2 lety

      Not necessarily, depending on their lifestyle (if they play sports very regularly, especially high intensity sports). Teenagers usually support their growth by sleeping more, not by eating more.

    *It does not matter,* as to whether or not murdering Animals and torturing them is "healthy", "contributes to fertility" or anything. One might imagine (think I've once heard of such a tribal tradition somewhere - not sure), that murdering a human girl and consuming her ovaries "contributes to the eater's fertility"... *so????* Would *THAT* render the murder legit???
    A murder is a murder, period!! And torture (for milk or eggs etc.) is torture, period!! So *it does not matter,* whether or not it might help the sadistic murderer with something. It cannot ever be legit, and this is it!!
