The wi/fi setup, is crap. Every time I set it up, the next day, my computers can't find the printer. I have even called Epson Support, and after setting it up with the tech support guy, I still can't print, the next day. I am ready to dump this and go back to Canon or HP!

Super disappointed with this model. I purchased it less than three years ago and now I am replacing it. With my old mac and my new mac, it takes forever to print certain documents. Usually after five minutes I have to unplug the printer and start it up again. Also the printheads never seem to get all the way unclogged, so the colored documents just look weird. Also, it does not recognize the paper size, so everytime I print I have to hit the Okay button on the printer. And when you print out envelopes, most of the times there is a smudge on the side of the envelope.
My first ink-jet printer was a HP in the 1990's and had a little tank that rode above the print head. Technology has not advanced much since then. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I would caution users that while you do save money on cartridges, it might not be worth it.
