Thanks for the comment Pako. Some are understandably more guarded with numbers in public interviews. It is certainly one of the first numbers we explore and improve with any business we work with in coaching.
I am in Texas. I have purchased a mobile cigar lounge. Working on getting it running, waiting on my Assumed Name Permit, Tobacco Retailers License, etc. I am also classing it up a bit. I have it get it running first, then paint, and Logo. I have hear nothing about needing to be a Brick and Mortar first.
