Personally I haven't bought this game nor played it, but:
this game had some great ideas, just too simplistic to the point where there is a lack of progression, compelling objectives, or just lacking complexity (it doesn't feel like a video game). Wii sports felt like a video game, you just to look at that game or at least try it to realise how almost "objectively" better that game is compared to 1-2 switch.
I hope to see a sequel to 1-2 switch that adds complexity and adds extra things beyond the main objective.
