Thanks for this! Very helpful! Wowza pink!🎉❤
Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!
Best video I have seen that explains the bloom! Thank you!!❤
You are most welcome Linda 🙏
I can see where I did it differently I didn't put your Sonia in my tube paint I just mixed it with the mix so I learned something. As far as the pigment I did the same way. And I know I'm heavy-handed when it comes to putting too much paint and and then really happened to thin it down. So thanks for sharing all of this.❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this tutorial. You really do explain things in detail and I love that you show us how to do things a lot slower than some of the others I’ve seen. ❤
That's so nice to hear Jenni ❤️🙏💜 thank you 🤩
Gorgeous thank you for sharing. You are very easy to follow 😊
I appreciate that! 🙏 It's my pleasure to help

I'm so glad to help! Thank you for watching 👀 🙏 ❤️ I hope you have a wonderful day Susan.
L💖VE this !
Thank you Randi ❤️ I'm glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully it was helpful in some way.
What a surprise to see a tutorial from you today!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for sharing with us. You are very good at explaining!!! 👍 Your pink bloom is awesome. 💞 Thank you very much for your explanations on how to adjust your tiles on the spiner in order to direct the paint. I learned a lot about this. 💯
I also really liked when you spray water and you say "squirts" 😁, you made me think of Lisa Marvin with her "Bloooop" You each have your personal measurements and I like that. 👌 😊
I named you Jessica every time due to your page. But your name is Polly? 😅 I'm sorry
Happy Valentine's Day to you 💖💖💖 and thank you for this gift on the day of Love!!! ❤️❤️❤️
You are so very welcome 🙏 and Lisa Marvin 😊 ❤️ that was a cool compliment 🤩. My name is Jessica 🤣 you were totally correct. I just use the name Polly when I'm arting. It's a nickname my husband gave me that kinda stuck. You are more than welcome to call me Jessica 🤙 ✌️.
I'm so glad you liked the video.
This is absolutely beautiful. Do you apply a sealer after it dries? Thank you for sharing. 😊
Thank you Kimberly 😊 💓 yes I seal it with epoxy resin when it's dry.
Wow absolutely beautiful I love it. 😍
Thank you Mokaita 💜
nice tutorial Polly thank you
Thank you so much Bernd 🙏❤️🌈
Thank you for watching my friend ❤️
Like 48👍 beautiful presentation 👍 gorgeous effect 👋😀🍀🌺
Thank you very much for your comment. I hope you have a wonderful day ❤️
Did I understand correctly? You used an enamel gloss and clear varnish as your base medium? Thanks! Thanks for sharing your art.
Lovely pinks. May I ask what you added to the top pink shade as your cell activator please?
Hi Polly can you tell me what your ratio is on your CA. your blooms look great 🌺🌿
I can get JoSonia in Australia but never seen the other big tin 😞I'm still such a beginner and absolutely adore what you and Justin do!! I can get Floetrol though
Thank you Nulla 🌹🙏 are you talking about the behr 8300 deep base? I'm sure there's an alternative you can buy locally that's similar. I know there's bloom artists there. Venom Fluid Art lives in Australia so you might want to see what he uses. Hope that helps 🙏🌹
Correct me if I'm wrong that the one colors you laid down look to me like and stirred a permanent red violet.❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for doing this video! Your blooms are beautiful!! What's your cell activator? I notice your venture out and do different colors for your cell activator 😊
Thank you Ashley 💜 I hope it helped 🙏. I never mentioned my cell activator. I use 1 part Amsterdam paint and 2-3 parts australian floetrol.
What did you put in the top pink color to make it the cell activator? Thank you!
Beautiful and thank you. What is your recipe for the cell activator you used. Thanks!
Thank you for watching 👀 🙏 it's 1 part Amsterdam paint and 2-3 parts australian floetrol
Wow! This is an amazing tutorial! You are a great teacher! … did you use silicone? Was the pillow straight Glidden paint, or did you mix it with anything else? Thank you!
Thanks so much Susan. I did not use silicone. My cell activator was the color on top and it was 1 part paint 2-3 parts australian floetrol. I don't really measure I just dump and stir until it feels right. I don't add anything to my pillow paint it's straight from the can
It's beautiful. I can't wait to create my own color blooms. On the tiles, do you do anything special to prep them? Where do you purchase them? Home Improvement store? Thanks!
I'm excited for you 🤗 we get the tiles at home depot and no prep required. They are just 4.25 inch ceramic tile.
If I don't have Josana varnish is there something I can substitute till I can get some?
I've never used another ingredient or varnish for this mix. 🤔
It’s beautiful and great video. Did you use Australian floetrol in the ca ?
Yes I did ❤ thank you
Is this deep base paint clear or white? And if it’s white, does it not dilute your pigments when mixing with tube paint or powder pigment?
It's not clear or white in the can. It does mute the pigments or paints but barely and dries clear. So you still get the vibrancy of the colors or pigments you use.
Thank you. So make CA consistency match other bloom paints?
You want it to be thinner than your bloom paints. You'll know it's a good consistency for your bloom paints if it makes a halo around it when you place it on top of your colors.
@@pollyprissypantsart thank you for your feedback on the CA for blooms. I am following what you do on Facebook and You Tube. I m hopeful that if I do what you do, some day I might get even slightly similar results. I guess that makes me an official groupie of you and Justin! 😂
So, I just watched your video again 😉 Dumb question, but…what about the CA? Do you just add a couple of drops to one of the tube pint colors? Or…? Thanks!
Thanks for asking 🙂 I use 1 part opaque Amsterdam paint and 2-3 parts Australian floetrol. I say 2-3 parts because every color is a little different. Your looking for a warm honey consistency while it drizzles off your stick. ❤️🙏
Hey Polly was curious how do you mix up your cell activator mine seems to work sometimes
And sometimes not kind of weird!! Have a great day!
So I use 1 part Amsterdam paint with 2-3 parts australian floetrol. You want it to flow off you stick like warm honey without the string breaking if that makes sense. I'll try and make a cell activator video so you and others can see the consistency. 😘
@@pollyprissypantsart awesome thanks so much! Yes I am loving the videos. Now if I can just have the great outcome you do I will be happy!!🙃👍
You will! Just keep practicing. I love practicing on tiles. It's still fun and it's cheaper with less waste if I mess up.
I thought the varnish was the cell activator! Is that used to just thin down the paint? What's it's purpose? Sorry newbie here and trying to learn how to do these! Thank you!!
It's to thin down the behr 8300 because it's thick as snot lol. Also to m elt down the pigments before adding the medium. The cell activator is 1 part paint and 2-3 parts australian floetrol and that just goes on the top. 🥰
@@pollyprissypantsart awesome! thank you for explaining!
What makes a certain paint your “cell activator “?
It's usually 1 part opaque paint
( I use Amsterdam)and 2-3 parts Australian Floetrol
What are you using as your cell activator?
Australian floetrol and Amsterdam paint. 2-3 parts/1 part ♥️
