I would rather not do single leg flips on the trampoline unless you want to get injuried and take a small break, anyways straight tumbling on both legs looks way better and more solid(serious) than swing variations.

@@ZakFerguson I guess flash isn't the right word since that would be landing on opposite leg from takeoff like cheat/slant but directly over the top (right?). Maybe switch is the word I was looking for. Is standing GMS different than an opposite leg gainer switch?
@@bruce.vanderveen Technically it's the same thing depending on how you perform it.
It's "no handed masterswipe"
A lot of people do it like an Aerial, mine comes out more like a missleg gainer Flash.

What size is your trampoline? I'm going to buy one, but I don't know what size is big enough to train tricking on it.
Mine is a 15ft Circle by Acon. It's pretty big but it looks humongous in my videos because I have to use wide angle to film on my Tramp haha. I love it.
