2:18 If you turn your head in VR, you should also see the same thing as you're showing us with your hands since it's basically taking your head as the camera's position and translating the headset's direction into where the player's looking. What it can't do is give you greater peripheral vision by just moving your eyes because moving your eyes doesn't move the headset. That was a really long way to say that more monitors is better than VR because you can just move your eyes instead of your whole head.
Have thought of getting a second motor FF unit so you can quick swap the whole unit without having to use the quick release? it seems so dangerous to have such an expensive accessory just hanging out in front of you while driving. you should probably just get a second rig for it so it doesnt fall off so easily. Can you also talk about how each new wheel rim makes you a better driver?

Ah you forgot to mention the real reason why most sim racers brake pedals don’t work. It’s because they already spent the money to be super fast on big screen triples (ie 55” or bigger screens) so they can get Big Car Syndrome. Which is actually the equivalent experience of being an American and driving a big diesel truck everywhere. It’s an intimidation thing to get everyone to just move out of the way because they are ruining your lap times!
I see... you don't have the Pedal Rumble Motor Kit? I recommend getting it from SIM3D in the UK. It costs only £100 and for me, it has been a real game changer. Fully customised with SIMHUB, my I have set with light vibrations on the gas pedal when the wheels slip due to too much throttle. It's great for the Porsche Cup. It also provides light vibrations on the brake pedal when the ABS kicks in. Plus, there are vibrations on both pedals for larger bumps. There are also seat motors available for £70, which I will test next week.
I did look into getting some entirely different pedals just for that a while ago but they were out of stock and then I forgot all about it lol can you add that rumble motor to any pedals then? I've got huskinveld ultimates atm

I dont know what VR you use, but i can look around like in real life, and can even watch further then your monitors show. triple you can just turn your head and see more, is the case in VR, not on triple screen. ever played AC in VR? you can step out the car and do a gridwalk, is even a better intro for your video's. i agree on content creating, VR is not good. i agree on grapics are better on monitor. And you shown only Apple VR, not even a HP Reverb G2 or other VR headsets. there are so many brands right now!
