Dear Chris, when i try to sleep with them, i mean side sleep, because of the touch controls, i hear a long beep sound in my ear and it disturbs extremely bad. There must be a switch as on and off for touch controls. Please try to side sleep or try to push on one of the earbuds for many seconds to understand me.
Unfortunately, the earbuds have a problem with maintaining the connection with the Iphone 13 pro max. There are very long connection delays and they often stop playing even if bluetooth shows that they are connected. This is so annoying.This problem does not occur with Android devices.

Hissing? That’s normal with most anc earbuds, unless you spend a small fortune on something like AirPods Pro 2!

Have you tried resetting the ear buds before connecting to iOS? And trying to forget the device

Many Times. I think that is IOS problem. You will notice that after one month usage
I’m already onto the 1MORE evo buds which are worlds above these.
They are a shit I bought them after 1week the L bud is out a low sound shit earbuds wast of money for nothing
