I would allocate $5 million by investing in real estate properties, and I would invest the remaining amount in ETFs, such as VOO and VTI. Revest and double up. Izzy said Work smarter not harder.
Taking 5mil now. Get my properties, renting or flipping. Then I can chill sooner rather than later. Might not make the most of money, but it's enough to satisfy my family and me to then relax starting from young.
How many people are eligible to 50% off for their council properties but how many ACTUALLY go and buy it? 50% off is not very helpful if you don’t have the initial capital to begin with . Take the money 💰
