You mention service to the community, I couldnt agree more, im fascinated by the fact governments implement recycling schemes, bottle deposits schemes ect yet scrappers like yourself pay an excise or handling fee....maybe governments should implement a rebate scheme for scrappers paying them per kilo/ pound of resources they save from landfill, those resources saved amount to huge CO2 savings and environmental benefits, keep up great work.
