The scene when Spoon and his wife went over Marcus' house for dinner was the funniest scene in the movie to me.

The fact that he came in, on the fly, an adlibbed an entire scene that wasn't even supposed to be in the movie at all... and it's still talked about, shows comedic greatness. Props to actress playing his wife too, for keeping up.
