TOMMY Beams, I think they cry for because 1. they are in a roomful of strangers and crying babies. 2. When they match a child to a family, the family sends them a photo book with their family in there and the foster parents or orphanage caretakers show them that book everyday and point out Mama & Baba. When they see them they cry because they know they are going Way
