The banished of Ilhoon is one of those things in Kpopo that I'm not gonna get ever... I mean, yes I know what he did in korea is a bit of a gib deal but other people went through things like this and recovered at some point (B.I, from Ikon) but with him industry was a loooot more harsh and he is a super talented guy and his "crime" wasn't that big and also he already paid for this... Let the poor guy come back because he is soooo good and he didn't do anything towards other people, it was something about himself only... Sorry for my english, not my mother tongue but please let Ilhoon back to the music industry 'cause he is a talent that we are going to loose for a small mistake being young... He is not even my bias but, come on... it's enough...

The Song is a song written and dedicated to their fans as a thank you for their love and loyalty throughout the boys’ career and especially for waiting through their mandatory military service. The Song was the title track of their 3rd full album (the first group album after Ilhoon left the group, the first album after all the boys’ completed their mandatory military service, and their 10th Anniversary album).

You really managed to pick 4 of their most emotionally intense MVs 😂 If you want to see some songs with a totally different vibe, I'd suggest "Only One for Me", "Thriller" "Wow", and "Beep Beep". They're such a versatile group.
Oh yes, be prepared for a wild and emotional ride with them! You were so right when you talked about how there's a lot of amazing singers out there, but not that many that can convey such emotions. The thing is everyone in BTOB is a master of that. Just a song recording can be a lot at times. With the mv or, even worse (or better in this case), with a live performance, it can get overwhelming really fast. That's why I love them!

Well, you're right, there are no bad BTOB songs..all of them good and mood setters..depending on the mood you wanted to be in. MISSING YOU is written by Hyunsik & is the queen of their songs, giving them 7 wins in 7 music show awards. BEAUTIFUL PAIN is also by Hyunsik, emotional, too & was sung in Kingdom. I'LL BE YOUR MAN was also by Hyunsik & one of their best songs combining the intense raps with amazing adlibs. THE SONG is another by Hyunsik & was a thank you song for the fans for being with them all those years, for supporting & waiting for them during the 4 yr military hiatus. Yes, so many groups can sing so well but only BTOB can express the emotions of the song this way. They just know how to make you feel what they're feeling as if they went thru a dozen divorce already, haha. Since you got so shocked and emotional, then let me suggest cooler songs this time that you can enjoy. I forgot to mention this in your last BtoB reaction, but I'm pretty sure you've heard Hyunsik before without realizing it since he's done a couple collabs with Seungyoun/Woodz on the songs
Baby Ride, which is a Woodz single, & Eating Alone, a Hyunsik single which is hardly ever translated from the Korean in title and Hyunsik's name in those songs...
Also, I was going to tell you that Kyungsoo & Hyunsik are friends/have known each other since at least middle school, & there's actually really terrible quality predebut videos of them singing together at school events floating around online, which show how naturally talented they both are

Recently, the Brother Act album, lead by Missing You (composed and written by their member, Hyunsik) which is one of the longest charting song in Korean charts (lasted for months upon its release), has been granted a 'masterpiece' title by a very well-known music platform in Korea. It just makes me so proud! And seeing more reactors, including you, appreciate these men makes me so happy. 🥹 Thanks for reacting to BTOB!
Please react to Hyunsik's recently released solo album: The Young Man and The Deep Sea. Thers are only 6 songs but all are great! There are 2 mvs and you can react to them but I personally recommend reacting to the live performance more vecause as always btob really shine during live performances ❤❤
i didnt note down the timestamp but since you did ask after beautiful pain if members besides sungjae act too:
minhyuk did do a few dramas, and relatively more recently he was in a couple of movies;
eunkwang and changsub do musical theater (kwang did hamlet, something rotten, jesus christ superstar, he was one of the arthurs from xcalibur after svt dk, etc; sub did that matahari one with solar and leehonggi, and like marie antoinette, the last empress, etc)
and they all have done cameos in dramas before if that counts~
peniel mainly does that podcast but he did direct one of the btob music videos i think
Peniel is also a photographer and he's had a few Gallery photographic showcase events (exhibitions) to boast of. He's directed of BTOB'S MVs and he also did the album cover ( photos) for Changsub solo album. They're all multi-talented and awesome
If you want to continue reacting to them and get to know their personalities I suggest the btob guide by a channel called ilhoon squad, that's a pretty good one. And if you wanna check out some of their funny moments I suggest the btob's reserved and quiet idols , even though it has ten parts but the more you watch it the funnier it gets.
One of my favorite songs from BtoB is “it’s okay” it’s also Peniel’s favorite song. I LOVE the dance version mv better than the official mv. I mean dancing and chairs but hey react to both… lol
obviously i love the ballads and emotional songs (i can never remember the name of the song but theres a specific one with an emotionally destructive mv thats always in my head), but i've always been a little partial to btob's more upbeat and silly songs~
i adore their debut (insane), wow and movie and beep beep are legends, and theres some bsides that have the funniest rap lyrics if all time(said with affection - you must know i love yippie yo yippie yay). i wish they had done more of those in the kv, (at least all wolves except me, i thought that one was famous), but i get it~
also, theres that serious and quiet idols compilation series that i always find fun to watch reactions of~

I bet you are referring to IT'S OKAY. Definitely an emotionally destructive MV but also the song lyrics. 😭😭Might I suggest, if you ever in need of a warm hug, listen to Lee Minhyuk's Goodnight. Both the MV and song lyrics are awesome and so very gentle. Completely the opposite of his aggressive rapping style. 🌹Keep loving BTOB.❤

That solo from Minhyuk was a while back. Round about the time he also released his cover of Sofa. Give a listen to Goodnight. It really is a warm hug. Especially after a long trying day.

Thank you for reacting to BTOB! This group has perfected blending emotive raps and vocals to their brand of music. Ilhoon is the member who named the fandom Melody. Bias aside, it’s an apt name to call the fandom of highly music group… also it’s not awkward giving a shout out to the fandom in a song.
BTOB is pretty popular in Korea though! They're one of those groups that don't necessarily have the biggest fan base but that even non-fans like! There was a recent clip of Sungjae singing "Missing You" on Zico's show, and even though most of the audience weren't BTOB fans because it wasn't revealed beforehand that Sungjae would be performing, everyone was singing along. It just sucks because most of the fan-made videos and clips on CZcams are in Korean, not English.

Seing THE SONG making me cry again. So much memory. The emotion on having them back after the military and how the Song was dedicated to Melody is the fact that I can never let go of BTOB.
Mentioning their most beloved songs (Missing You, It's Okay, Only One for Me, Beautiful Pain) made me cry when I watch the MV for the first time.
