Choosing The Song to be the title track is one huge sign to Melody how much BTOB appreciate their fans. Many critiques have mentioned that 'Higher' should have been the title track as it catches more attention and all. But I am happy that they came back with the Song. It was their come back album after the militarily service. The trailer scene somehow depicts how Peniel was the last one to come, actually it was Peniel who was waiting the members to finish their service. He was an American so didn't go. Hi Pat! You know that scene in The Song where you paused, when Peniel entered the van? They switched it up. Peniel, because he is Korean-American, does not have to go to the military. So basically he had to wait with Melody while all the guys were in the military (in two ‘batches’). So the significance in this MV is they switched it where the other guys were the ones waiting for him in the van. 😊

It was their first group comeback after the military hiatus and the first without Ilhoon. They were talking about how they're going to sing until they lose their voices and even referenced their previous songs "Missing You," "It's Okay," "Only One for Me," and "Beautiful Pain," it's really sweet. The blue confetti represents Melody and the letters represents the fan letters sent to them while they were in military. 19:28 this part with Peniel being the last to come still makes me tear up because just as Peniel waited for all members to come back from military, they all waited for him in this video 🥺 Also I just want to say, you're probably the first reactor I watched that didn't heavily commented on their styling for WOW MV and instead genuinely saw how they're all such fine men ever since and I appreciate that. This is a song for fans after their enlistment. The memories and songs we had will forever be with us even if we are apart. In the trailer where they all gathered, Peniel was the last one to arrive. Peniel waited with us, Melody, while the rest of the members were still in the military. On that scene, it is them who waited for Peniel which makes me really cry. I'm so thankful for Peniel for waiting with us and was always with Melody all throughout BTOB's enlistment. He is and will always be my 'constant' as a Melody. The Song always have me in tears whenever I watch the mv. It's such a special song and I feel every bit of it even though I'm only a baby Melody of barely a year. They have a way of making even new fans feel special and appreciated.
Your past few reactions of them kind of reminds me of when I first got into BTOB about 8 years ago, it brings me memories. Being a melody is the best, I hope you keep reacting to them bc they are the best group imo and only some of us get it
The rough story of Pray (I'll Be Your Man) is: he loved her a lot, praying with her (likely for their future together), but she was actually only tricking him, thus the scene where she walks up with no emotion to him(minhyuk) hanging upside down- because she was the mastermind.. "The Song" was written by Hyunsik when he was still in the military and was their first song after they all completed military- so it's about them missing and looking back on memories with Melody, looking at the letters from Melody (that's why the letter has a blue confetti, because it's BTOB's official colour), making a promise to Melody (they are always thinking of and want to keep singing for Melody)- that's why at the end, they all appear together again (personally I thought they went to where Eun Kwang was-the trailer-because he's the leader and also the first to complete military), indicating that they are back as BTOB and they will sing on stage again for Melody until they lose their voices...
It would be really cool if you checked out VIXX - Chained Up. They were popular when BTOB and Mamamoo got more famous back in the day. They have some really good vocalists and rappers as well. Makes me miss the good old times, I'm unsure if they still make music tbh cuz now the rapper has his own company and Mamamoo's Wheein is part of that for example

WOW is nice and catchy..I believe it tells about how this girl has a diff aura and they like everything about her..like there's something in her that's attractive and dangerous at the same time. I'LL BE YOUR MAN is one of their best songs, showcasing the great vocals along with the intense raps..such a great song! I think the mv is not really related to the meaning of the song. The song says..the guy is begging for the girl to come back to him..he's praying hard for her return. But the mv speaks of relationship and trust..the guy thinking he had something special with this girl who knew about his identity or something but at the end, she betrayed him and left him hurt and heart broken. Now, THE SONG is really a beautiful song..for the fans..and for each member. It was released on their comeback last year after a 4 year military hiatus. Since 2018, when Eunkwang enlisted..it hasn't been the same..then one by one the other members followed except Peniel who is an American citizen. So the group was always incomplete, then came 2020 when something happened and Ilhoon had to leave the group. Hyunsik and Sungjae were the last ones discharged in Nov of 2021. So they had their comeback in Feb of 2022 with this song and it's special coz it's like a love letter and a thank you to Melody for waiting for them to be complete again. It's also like an "I missed you" message for the members..happy to see each other again after the enlistment..reminding them of the old times, old songs they used to sing..the memories..(a bit about Ilhoon). It took 4 years for everyone to be through with enlistment and Peniel waited patiently with Melody. But in the mv, the guys were together and waiting for Peniel to come. It is a lovely, nostalgic song. And BTOB always makes songs that are full of emotions..and you can feel the sincerity in every word. This is a song for fans after their enlistment. The memories and songs we had will forever be with us even if we are apart. In the trailer where they all gathered, Peniel was the last one to arrive. Peniel waited with us, Melody, while the rest of the members were still in the military. On that scene, it is them who waited for Peniel which makes me really cry. I'm so thankful for Peniel for waiting with us and was always with Melody all throughout BTOB's enlistment. He is and will always be my 'constant' as a Melody.

The Song was released when BTOB finally gathered after completing their mandatory military service. The Song is a song that expresses that they also miss Melody as Melody always conveys and writes their longing for them. BTOB reminds Melody that their voices are always for Melody and BTOB will continue to sing even though there is only 1 Melody left. The rough story of Pray (I'll Be Your Man) is: he loved her a lot, praying with her (likely for their future together), but she was actually only tricking him, thus the scene where she walks up with no emotion to him(minhyuk) hanging upside down- because she was the mastermind..
"The Song" was written by Hyunsik when he was still in the military and was their first song after they all completed military- so it's about them missing and looking back on memories with Melody, looking at the letters from Melody (that's why the letter has a blue confetti, because it's BTOB's official colour), making a promise to Melody (they are always thinking of and want to keep singing for Melody)- that's why at the end, they all appear together again (personally I thought they went to where Eun Kwang was-the trailer-because he's the leader and also the first to complete military), indicating that they are back as BTOB and they will sing on stage again for Melody until they lose their voices...
It would be really cool if you checked out VIXX - Chained Up. They were popular when BTOB and Mamamoo got more famous back in the day. They have some really good vocalists and rappers as well.
Makes me miss the good old times, I'm unsure if they still make music tbh cuz now the rapper has his own company and Mamamoo's Wheein is part of that for example

WOW is nice and catchy..I believe it tells about how this girl has a diff aura and they like everything about her..like there's something in her that's attractive and dangerous at the same time. I'LL BE YOUR MAN is one of their best songs, showcasing the great vocals along with the intense raps..such a great song! I think the mv is not really related to the meaning of the song. The song says..the guy is begging for the girl to come back to him..he's praying hard for her return. But the mv speaks of relationship and trust..the guy thinking he had something special with this girl who knew about his identity or something but at the end, she betrayed him and left him hurt and heart broken. Now, THE SONG is really a beautiful song..for the fans..and for each member. It was released on their comeback last year after a 4 year military hiatus. Since 2018, when Eunkwang enlisted..it hasn't been the same..then one by one the other members followed except Peniel who is an American citizen. So the group was always incomplete, then came 2020 when something happened and Ilhoon had to leave the group. Hyunsik and Sungjae were the last ones discharged in Nov of 2021. So they had their comeback in Feb of 2022 with this song and it's special coz it's like a love letter and a thank you to Melody for waiting for them to be complete again. It's also like an "I missed you" message for the members..happy to see each other again after the enlistment..reminding them of the old times, old songs they used to sing..the memories..(a bit about Ilhoon). It took 4 years for everyone to be through with enlistment and Peniel waited patiently with Melody. But in the mv, the guys were together and waiting for Peniel to come. It is a lovely, nostalgic song. And BTOB always makes songs that are full of emotions..and you can feel the sincerity in every word.
