Is a slightly dim, about less than 10% brighter than original considered good or possibly an original? But no true tone and auto brightness. Iphone 8plus

i have an iPhone x with this feature missing. and also a slightly slow response time. even slower than the older iPhones such as the 7 does changing the screen to an original one will get it back and fix both of these issues? also how can i check if the screen is actually legit and not just another fake one so i wont waste my money on nothing but the same

Use 3utools to check if there’s a software/hardware replacement done on your iPhone X. I usually use it to check if my iPhone’s LCD, front&rear camera, and battery are replaced. And yes, changing it to the original will bring back the true tone feature.

I have had to many androids phone like : sony xperia, galaxy note 1 , galaxy s4, galaxy a7 (2018), Xiaomi redmi note 8, but I am done with those kind of phone. Social media, cameras and some other stuf are not GOOD.
I'll try an iphone bc some friends told me thant snapchat, instagram and other social media work better and and are opitmized for Iphone.
Thats 100% true the apps run better and look better on the iPhone. Also the cameras, iPhones are better.

the new screen must be programmed prior fixing it to the phone. there is an ipod like thing to do it…. true tone can be set to a new display with that….
Yes it's called Qianli iCopy and you need to know what you are doing before restoring the True Tone feature on a generic display, my question to you is: How many people (That are not phone technicians) are going to buy Qianli iCopy and repair their screens?

If your friend still has original screen you can copy over the True Tone even if he hasn’t you can get True Tone activated again from a 3rd party repair shop.

@@JokerBogdanov ofc you cant reprogram biometric security, fingerprint scanner is connected with motherboard, you cant replace that but for example, you can use a device to transfer all codes of original screen to replacment one, All better repair shops in my country use that because its the way to go and thats how it has to be done

Well there is a way to transfer True Tone from an original screen to a generic one using a tool, but you will need the original one to get the info from.
But in iPhone x if face id damaged after that true ton option also invisible .

I changed my display,and my True Tone feature is gone. I want to know, if I change my display,then it will be gone, or if the display is not original,then it will go? Does it depend on originality?
The problem is there is a device called "QIANLI iCopy" that can transfer the original display information to a generic screen and activate the True Tone, so at the end, only the screen quality (brightness and colors) will tell you if its an original screen or a fake one.

Yes if you don't have True Tone that means it might be not an original display, but there is also a chance that the display is a real replacement but the technician forgot to activate the True Tone, you can activate the True Tone using hardware and software, but some technicians don't have it. In reality if the display is bright enough and working fine, chances are is a good display. If the display is not as bright as the original then it is a generic display, try to compare it next to a real one and you will see the difference. Thank you for your comment.

This trick is expired because of new softwares.
There is software out there that will enable True Tone on generic screens, that doesn't make this trick old.

No this will only tell you if it’s been replaced and NOT if it’s original apple or not! Title is a bit untrue. You can copy True Tone over to a new screen! I’ve got an original apple Ive replaced and copied True Tone and apple wouldn’t know it’s been replaced. Make sure if you’re getting a replacement screen from a 3rd party repairer that they’ll copy True Tone over too! Hope this helps.
My video is about my experience at the Apple store, now it is true you can copy the data from your original screen to a replaced "generic" screen, but you forgot to mention that you will need to buy a device, for example this one: "QIANLI iCopy" and that you will have to take open your iPhone and take the screen apart, so you will need the tools to do it right. How many people will do all that just to have True Tone enable? I don't know.
