Dear Justina. No BSN is not a Must. You can be accepted if you have diploma. However, Avant prefers BSN. They take IELTS Academic or TOEFL
Try to also apply with other agencies. I recommend O'Grady Peyton

Hi, good day. Got a sponsorship contract from Adevia health. Was asked to pay $100 for the intensive Nclex class and was also told that I will fit the bill for my visa application to South Africa to take the Nclex and the flight ticket. Apart from that they sponsor every other thing relating to the process. Please what do you think about this. Thank you

Dear Supriya, I haven't heard of agencies interested in OBGY.
These are the preferred specialties
1. ICU/HDU/NICU
2. Med-Surg
3. Theatre Nursing
4. Dialysis
5. Oncology
6. Pediatric

How do you see DIRECT HIRING.There is this agency that is claiming to be the best because the operate with direct hiring where by the employers pay direct to the nurses and not they who recruited nurses for the employer.

I have friends who went with Adevia. They are a very friendly and guide you well since they have local based workers other than other agencies which do everything while based in USA.
