How hard was it to convert? Dean sr42gns I think. 40lb, pulled them out of a bar I remodeled, they were functioning on the NG before I disconnected. I am certified 😎, just never played with kitchen equipment, mostly new construction fireplaces and never propane

I dont need any special hoses or special regulators to run it safely? I have a food cart but I want to do outdoor events with summer coming up. Are there anything special I would need to run a commercial fryer outdoors?

Hi, I like your video. I need help with my food truck propane gas tank and valve. My fryer won’t turn on. I bought a 100 gallons propane tank about a year ago. I used it on the 15 of September 2022. And, my fryer work great. And, last Sunday the 18, need it to use my fryer for an event and never work. From seeing your video. I think my valve got lock. And/or I need to purge or reset my gas tank. How do I do this? Can you help me, please?

Turn and push in the pilot count to 100 to purge the line lite the pilot count to 25 release the push hopefully it works

Hello. Do you have an email? I'm a welding student at MIAT in Michigan. I am interested in certifying in several processes--not sure at this point. I will probably go with stick and MIG. That flame looks too orange, it'll leave behind a lot of soot and an incomplete burn. Anytime you convert an appliance from Natural Gas to Propane you have to change out the orifices to get that blue flame.
