At Dartshopper Germany it costs 55€. That's 65$. But I saw another review before and now yours... I'm not very impressed. Same is with the new Eclipse Ultra. I'll stay with Winmau or try the G3+ as next. Maybe with the metal number ring from Unicorn for the good look. Have a nice Sunday
I’ve had similar defects on Blade 5s, but it’s also $25 cheaper. The minimal graphics are appealing though. Might get one if the price was more reasonable.
I think it's all supply-side inflation. I bet the next time Winmau comes out with a board it's going to be right up there, or more, on price. In a year we will think $75 is cheap for a board. I hope I'm wrong.
Agree. I bought one. I had the same problem with the holes. I found when I had a marker for a double, the fell out because the holes were too big. Not worth the money. The SHOT dura is a real good value board.
The board itself is beautiful, but why would they use a plastic number ring? Doesn't exactly justify the high price either, Target's been overdoing it with the prices lately
In germany it sells for about 55€ - which is about 60$ .. that’s oooookay I’d say. But 75$+ is quite expensive that’s true yea But I don’t get that plastic number ring thing too… plastic number ring for that price? I mean come on…
Hi WW, pretty good review, as always.... Well, yes, $75 is for sure too much for that quality. You said it : "no way!" BUT, to be honest, I like that number - ring pretty much. Very clear numbers, in the only right stand to read (not that urgh "traditional" look).... AND, I think, a player who hit the ring should not play darts, so, I guess a serious damage of the ring is not usual at all. 🎯 Good darts! 🎯
Looks good (from a distance) but I don’t know if I’d spend that much on a board that has that many imperfections in it, not gonna rush out and buy one. I do like that they’ve toned down the logos and kept them more uniform so less off putting. Great stuff WWD 👍🏻
In my opinion the board is way too dense/firm. We have these in the club and every five minutes or so I have a dart drop out of the board. The points (Target Storm Surge) don't get very deep into the board and darts simply don't hold and fall out. Never had this problem (with the exact darts and points) on a Winmau Blade 5. The other thing is, the holes in the sisal don't close, after a couple of hours the board looks like a crumble cake.

For this money is peace of sh??.. Blade5 dual core is the best
Would not get the board, target is out to recap money . If you get a new dart board, and throw for about 20 to 30 minutes. Does not prove the board is good, after a few month, then i would say how good it was. That my honest opinion. WW get better! And keep up the good.
Classic example of paying for a brand name.....ouch
All the reviews of this board iv’e seen so far every board looks sub standard and for the price target are charging…👎🏻sorry target not for me🤷🏼♂️
*Dartboards at Dartshopper* www.dartshopper.com/dartboards/
The number ring is flimsy to stop it breaking
Is this where u get all your boards I have trouble finding any good board under 80$ in the US would love to know sum cheap place with not too much delivery charge
@@graffbussiere4831 Yes. The ONLY reason I recommend Dartshopper is for buying heavy and large items like dartboards. The shipping to the USA is $17 and they use FedEx international express. You get the board in about 2-3 days.
I also recommend Dartshopper for Red Dragon items as their prices are fairly cheap compared to other places. The shipping is insane as well. For $8 you get your stuff QUICK! Compared to UK dart shops right now the shipping can take up to a month. That's no fun waiting THAT long. But yeah, Dartshopper is great for shipping dartboards.
@@WorldwideDarts Any chance of getting some more love from them with a discount code?
@@oddbrawl I've heard they have some codes coming soon. Give it a couple weeks.
