Great stuff mike, looks and sounds great! Shoulda come over to harrow when a couple of GL5 guys came down, we bought 20 odd wagons and some coaches and had a ply at the fish and chip run. Rumours of a 5 inch yard are abound!
Hi Mark, than you. living in Essex it's not always easy to get the time to pop over there, but glad to hear that rumour of some sidings to allow more GL5 stuff ? I was planning to do the Colchester run this weekend but it clashes with Dacorum steam rally ...
Hiya mike, we were toying with colchester must most likely over at the greystones miniature railway in bath, lovely little track. But hope to see you next year at gilling?
Great model, you should be proud how good that looks, great effort

Very impressive, a great looking class 37, still not sure about the exhaust until, but still a great loco

Sounds good, I'll look it up and will certainly aim for Gilling in May... so may tracks, so little time :-)
Looks great

Well done Mike. Gilling next year? A new smoke unit is now on the winter "to do" list for D1037!

Hi ifella
thanks, it's a shame I missed Gilling for her maiden voyage but too much going on.... as always
thank you, much appreciated :-)
Hi Mark - how did you make it "remote"?
Hi
2.4 Ghz digital radio control from spektrum linked to 4QD control for motors.
Thanks Mark - so are the motors by 4QD as well or are they from a different manufacturer?
Bryn Morgan hi
The motors are the ones that came with the loco from Dan Jeavons, now under miniature rail supplies. Not sure of the make.
