$8 Mousepad vs $200 Mousepad In Fortnite! - Which Is Better?

- In this video, I try out and compare cheap vs expensive mousepads in Fortnite! I made a video similar to this a while back with mice, so because mousepads are arguably just as important as the mouse itself, it's time to see if the same answer from the past holds true. Today I tested three different mouse pads, a $7 generic mousepad from Amazon, a $40 gaming mousepad from EpikWhale and the Mousepad Company, as well as a $100 Artisan mousepad called the Hien Soft XL that a ton of pros are using. Thx for tha vid Jerian. I was contemplating what mousepad I should buy and what price range. So I'll buy the 2nd one bc I like a longer mousepad, the girth doesn't matter.
I've had both a mousepad company and artisan and I have to say I won't be going back to the mousepad company, I feel like I can progress more with the speed of the artisan. Nothing bad to say about the mousepad company one except for the texture of it ( love the content btw)

First, you obviously get what you pay for, Artisan Mousepads are top qualilty and last literal years, versus a 20-50 cloth pad that at most lasts a year. Second, find what suits you, expensive mouse pads are not for everyone, you may prefer something like a g640 over something like the Artisan Hayate otsu, which I believe to be its equivilant in glide.
ive had a $10 yankee mouse pad for at least 5 years and its better than most expensive mouse pads today

I used to use this custom image mousepad that was very small, but a few months ago I got the benq dark blue mousepad and noticed a huge difference.
I use the budget mousepad that is shown in your video, i think it is an amazing mousepad. I did encounter 2issues though, 1 being that it is to short, which i fixed by moving it furtger up on my desk, and 2 being that i have a very rough desk and i made it Work more smoothly by putting a towel under it, overall i definitely recommend getting it and spending the extra on other peripherals
one thing you can do in the future when u get more money is put get a bigger mouse mat and then put the mouse mat youre use to on top

I had my artisan hayate otsu xsoft for around 1y rn it still feels great. Truly the most high quality mousepads, but im thinking of getting the artisan zero xsoft. Anyone who has it can tell me how fast the glide is?

i use a mousepad company mousepad (i’m a west comp player, what do you expect), and i would definitely recommend it. even though it may seem rough at first, it glides so nicely and you do get used to it. it’s a great value for the price and lasts for a very long time.
have you cleaned yours? i have one it needs to be cleaned but im scared to mess it up lol

I have the HyperX Fury S XL mousepad. I have had it for about one year now and it is the perfect starter mousepad. It costs $30 and will last you for years. I highly recommend this mousepad.

Yeah the Artisan Hayate Mid goes for like $100. It works well with glass mouse skates. But be prepared for faster edits and smooth smooth surfaces that across your mouse pad.

I played starting cup with yo friend and we placed 344 it was a fun tournament and we actually qualified for finals it was a great experience to get used to stackers
