Well his aren't strange they are just lightsabers of fallen jedi. Normal sabers just 4 of them (usually) in each of his Droid hands
7:47 strange lightsaber ideas; a lightsaber the size of a vibroknife, a lightsaber that can function as a grappling hook, a lightsaber that can be transformed into a shield, and finally a lightsaber be used a communications device.
Kyber crystal Ray shields are something ive always wanted to see, I've thought of what Crystal's would work best, one on my mind is the Daghee crystal, it doesn't make the blade any stronger but it's not any weaker, & it makes the blade zigzag in form, so what happens when you make a Ray shield of that.
I'd probably make a Saber Staff that separates in the middle for dual wielding. Though the separated sabers would have shorter hilts than normal so that they were the size of single handed arming swords instead of hand and a half swords.
I'm pretty sure Ventress did this, but preferred Dual Weilding

@@quieness Kind of but not really. In the Saber Customization you see how the saber would be configured and what parts are and aren't still attached when switching between modes. So it's more spawning in a new weapon when you switch than what I was talking about. But you're right it is close in concept.
The game Phantasy Star Universe had some strange and awesome designs; spears, axes, great swords, gauntlets, and a variety of different weapons that would look cool in Star Wars.
I always thought that too. I especially liked the slicer.

*The Showoff-Staff:*
The Showoff-Staff is a saberstaff created with the usage of force-alchemy and other-worldly techniques unknown in the galaxy.
The hilt is composed of an organic material, whose molekular structure is based on an unknown metal, rather than the usual carbon.
This organic composition allows the hilt to stretch and bend freely, and also to maintain a telepathic connection with its owner,
granting him the ability to control the shape and length of the hilt, and the intensity and length of the individual blades with his mind.
This allows the owner to mimic the shape of almost any lightsaber (except the ones with crossguards), or to use the saberstaff as a nunchuck.
The hilt is also impossibly light compared to its full size.
The hilt is capable of absorbing almost any form of energy from its surroundings to recharge itself,
or to heal any injury it may have suffered during combat.
If the owner ever chooses to increase the length of the hilt to its maximum (2 meters),
it reveals 2 joints via which the saberstaff can be separated into 3 smaller, identical saberstaff.
The saberstaff is equiped with three identical polished crystals, each blooming with energy. The crystals produce a blade color halfway between blue and cyan.
When the intesity of a blades is increased, the blade itself begins to spark, and lightning bolts begin to emerge from the hilt alongside it.
If the intensity of the blades is increased to its maximum the lightning becomes so intense that from a distance, the owner of the saberstaff appears to be holding pure lightning.
A truly menacing sight to behold.
If anyone else attempted to wield the saberstaff when on it's high intensity, they would be electrocuted,
but the owner, by his nature, is immune to any damage that could be caused by electricity.
I sometimes imagine a unique saber that is based off Count Dooku's weapon. You know that little end of the weapon, where it has a flat surface? I think that it’s got potential for a second blade emitter.
The first saber I designed was like that. It didn't curve as much as Dooku's but it would emite a second shorter blade

When I read the NJO, I thought Lord Nyax’s saber armor was freaking awesome. Was a bit disappointed that he only played such a small role.
I wasn't a big fan of it, it seemed kind of a"10 yo over the top" concept. I get the berserker inspiration, but it always struck me as very awkward in execution.
Another big part for me might be that the whole nyax storyline felt kinda tacked on.
It's been a minute, but it was kinda "here's a literal boogeyman (that's never been mentioned before) that gets wrecked pretty easy in completion of a side quest"
And im not totally crapping on the idea, you could have actually spun it into a decent story. But against the vong war etc, and with its randomness it was just very poorly handled.

I think the lightsaber gauntlet would be EXTREMELY cool to see in live action! Especially if it's worn by a dark jedi/sith! Just imagine, Ahsoka fighting an opponent thats wearing one on each arm, while she's wielding her two KATANA Blades (thats what they remind me of). Now THAT Would be awesome in my opinion.
First off, of the designs shown in the clips, the lightsaber gauntlet is the only one that's a concept that hasn't been seen in either current Canon or Legends. I look at it, and I'm thinking it's something the Predator or Wolverine would use.
A unique lightsaber variant? How about a lightsaber disc that a Jedi can throw at enemies and wield to deflect attacks. Basically, it's the light disc from the original Tron movie and not the one found in Tron: Legacy. The light disc in the original Tron movie was solid like a frisbee, and a Jedi could use the flat end of the disc to deflect blaster fire as well as lightsabers. The light disc in Tron: Legacy was like a chakram. You could deflect lightsaber blades with the edge, but that's it. You couldn't deflect blaster fire with it. The closest thing Star Wars has to the Tron light disc is the discblade used by the Zeison Sha, and they use it the same way Sam Flynn and the other programs used their light discs in Tron: Legacy.
I have always enjoyed gauntlet blades. I like the single, double or even triple blade idea.

I love Ezra’s lightsaber. It’s so unique and great for close combat and distance attacks. If I had to make a lightsaber I would make it smaller or light due to me being short. I think a dagger like saber would be great

Ezras is easily my favorite, it'd be cool to see a mandalorian with the classic dual wield mandalorian blaster pistols integrate lightsabers like that.
I also love the lightsaber rifle, ive always thought it would be interesting to integrate a kyber crystal into a light bow like the Night sisters or Omega has, preferably tweaked so it doesnt melt the kyber

The armor is scary
I would do the Gard Shodo design. But . . more of a Old style police Billy club. From the 1960's - 1980's. With the side handle closer too one end then the other.
But as mentioned below. I would make them. So they could be connected or separated quickly. Into, and out of a Saber staff.
The short ends, would hold the Emitters. While the longer ends, are the points. At which they would connect to each other.
Too make the staff.
But like Ezra Bridger's The long ends would also be the business ends. Of a pair of blasters. F
or the final form. Down the opposite side of the main shaft. From the side with the handles. Would be a set of alternating protruding & recessed magnets and metal plates. So the two clubs, would form a two handed hilt. Of a twin bladed style of Broadsword. Of coarse the blades would be adjustable in length. By merely thinking about it. And the handles/ housings would be made out of Beskar steel.
I think using a gauntlet on the of hand is a great defensive measure, while welding a multiphase lightsaber shoto in the main hand . The gauntlet would use yellow blades and the main saber would use a ghostfire crystal. Each of the hilts would be made from the husks of orbalisk which are a creature all but immune to the cuts of a lightsaber, making them great for defending against a sith
Two design ideas, one a variant of the gauntlet saber but more based on European dueling shields that had blades coming out of one or both ends, the shield likely being made of cortosis in this case not dissimilar to Darth Desolus' shield. The other a vibro-ax with alight saber emitter built into the head to add the momentum and power of an ax to the destructive power of a light saber.
For me, the way I'm thinking. I feel like would be able to create my own fighting style with one Tonfa and 1 standard light saber. But duel weild them both. The tonfa would be my guard saber.

The lightsaber in my mind would be a staff that looks like it's just one long handle. Designed after Cal's in Jedi Survivor with some modular parts for any situation. If anyone is interested in learning what parts I have mentioned. Please I welcome any or all inquiries.

My favorites are Ezra Bridger's Blaster-Saber and Maris Brood's Tonfa Sabers, tho I also like the Light Whip
Ezra Blaster-Saber was perfect and unique, for hi mand his time during the early Rebellion against the Galactic Empire, giving Ezra a weapon at the ready that wouldn't give his jedi identity away at first, as well as a means to surprise his saber-wielding foes. The fact it fired stun blasts instead of lasers meant it would have been more acceptable to Jedi traditions since Jedi avoid killing if they can help it, and becuz stun blasts can't be deflected back at the shooter (tho Rex seemed to indicate Ezra's saber could indeed shoot to kill)
I think blaster-sabers would be great for any Jedi if they gave the idea of marksmanship more credit than they do
Maris Brood's Tonfa sabers were unique and gave credit to imagination, as well as would have made her a challenging foe. I wonder how Dooku would have felt about Tonfa Sabers and how he would have matched against one skilled in their use. I would honestly love to see Tonfa Sabers made canon and shown in the animated shows or live action
The closest we've seen to a Light Whip in Stars Wars canon are the shock whips that are used by slavers, and while they're not actually lightsaber weapons they do give a similar impression and I think would be fearsome weapons in the hands of one trained to use them
I'd like to see more unusual lightsaber variants, such as the fold-up saberstaff, used by Pong Krell or the Dark Vision of Rey
If i could create a lightsaber, i would create a high republic style crossguard darksaber with a little emitter at the pommel for quick jabs
I'd make a lightsaber with a Saya with an ignition release similar to jetstream Sam's murasama. The dual would be over before it began.

Double bladed lightsaber with one of the sides being a crossguard lightsaber. Long hilt making it almost like a spear but then also a shoto blade on the other side. I've commented this design I thought of under another one of your videos before and specifically that the shoto would use a ghostfire crystal, making it viable in assassination. I also invite you to imagine a lightsaber that like Exar Kun's can change the blade length, but uses a ghostfire crystal. Just when your opponent thinks they know how to deal with your barely visible blade, you change the length of the blade and they won't even know. I will say tho that barely any Jedi or Sith would do that, because that's some "turning your lightsaber off and on"-level shit

Yea it just looks like if you had to block a lightsaber with your fist facing upwards a lightsaber could slash right thru your fist and hand. But maybe I'm seeing its construction wrong. And I'm guessing one wouldn't block in that manner but that would definitely have to be something they learn not to do.
