Check SDA/SCL communication with DSO. If it's working fine the there could be charging section or SIO issue.

Thank you nasser for this great video...but since the charging mosfet is P-type why dont we get less voltage than drain and source? I thought than on N channel mosfet the gate voltage is higher than drain and source on P channel the gate voltage is less than the drain and source.. am i wrong sir?
