    If your Doing asanas inhale and exhale properly when your going back chest open inhale and bend forward exhale ...don't do wrong because inhalation and exhalation more important in every asanas

      Standing back bends should be done in exhalation. Only lying on abdomen (back bending) should be done in inhalation. In the video it is done correctly.

      Inhale lift the chest up and as you exhale place the hands on the buttocks and push the abdomen forward and drop the head back
