I have very heavy insomnia and tried a lot of things including medication but still had difficulty sleeping and then I found your videos on tiktok and I wanna say thank you for helping me sleep easier
I can’t be the only person that puts my phone down when I close my eyes… so many videos claim that you can close your eyes but then they still do these light triggers expecting you to keep your phone in front of your face. Everything else I really enjoyed.

In course of watching this video,you proved that are well balanced, equal in every measure of the triggers you performed. I like how your eyes and pitch sets the tone for the video. The love how lighting is just right and gives you a certain glow. You do act like a true professional and you apply the trigger sounds just right manner. Whenever I listen to asmr it's in bed with the phone face down on the side table so I always end up having to skip the light triggers everyone puts in eyes closed vids or just pretend I can see/guess where the light is lol
