Freediving Black Rock with GoPro Hero at Kaanapali Beach on Maui Hawaii

- Just purchased the new dive housing from GoPro and took it out on the vacation to Maui over Thanksgiving 2012. We had a great vacation and I'll be posting several videos since I took about 4 hours of underwater footage with the GoPro. This stuff looks awesome in HD compared to the fish eye lens that I was quite disapointed with in previous videos I made. In this video I was snorkeling and freediving along Black Rock in Maui. I saw two white tip reef sharks and got a really nice shot. Also have a few great shots of the reef fish out there. Hope you enjoy the video.

Was that The Royal Kahana in the background at the beginning? I'll be staying on my man cation in July. How did you eliminate the fishbowl view? My inlaws gave me a gopro3 black last year for my birthday, but I still don't know how to use it.
This was shot with a GoPro Hero HD, an older model in a flat screen dive housing made by GoPro which helps with image clarity and decreases the fish eye. All new GoPros are sold with the flat lense on the case which helps with underwater video.
