    This guy has the ability to literally play whatever he hears in his head, no compromises

    For quite some time I haven't been so flabberghasted about a guitar solo. This guy is a phenomenon.

    Un-frickin-believable: fantasy on a theme. I love it. Like an extended, unhinged cadenza. ❤❤

    Adrien ist auf dem besten Weg zum Nr.1Gitarristen des Genres zu werden,oder schon Realität.
    Mit höchster Bewunderung!
    Der Sound ist Geschmackssache.

    Adrien's guitar has that bite and assertiveness of Django's electric-guitar tunes

      so hard to sound good when every tiny mistake sticks out. of course he pulls it off though...

      He also plays through the bridge pickup instead of the neck pickup that most (gypsy)jazz guitarists would use. This also helps.

      I don't know...I think it sounds better in the middle or the neck, as it was just too nasally (yes I love the traditional GJ sounds)...

      @enzolo2420 Před 5 lety

      i guess thats part of the stunt, creating incredible sound with that nasal sound. and if you dont think that adrien sounds incredible here then i would guess you are not open for new things or rather are new to jazz outside of gypsy. @@TheStrataminor

    Yikes!! Where do these guys come from? They just "surface" every time I look more into Django jazz. Gussett, Dutronc, Debarre, Lagrene, Rosenberg ... it's like a non-stop river of these amazing guitarists. Who ever has control of the gene pool, don' t stop. These guys are awesome.

    I wonder if this guy looks at life the same way he plays the guitar.

      Close your eyes and Adrien's guitar playing conjures up images of 1960's abstract expressionist paintings.

    wow - but in these Samois videos, merci a M Caron, whoever plays second usually tops the first guy - incredible as the named leaders always are, and this Adrien is far out
